We are a mother-daughter duo from Cyprus looking forward to hosting you in a fully equipped 2 BR 2 BATH condo. Located in Paralimni and near Ayia Napa, our clean and modern space features two shared pools, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Netflix. Conveniently located, it's just a 10-minute walk to downtown and April 1st Avenue's shops and services. Ayia Napa and Protaras are only a 12-minute drive away. We're proud to host numerous returning guests and are officially registered with the Cyprus government.

Off the Beaten Track! Perfect location to relax & enjoy nature of Cyprus! The Pods are within gardens of many different fruit trees (olives, lemons etc...) and you will also find free range chickens grazing. Situated between Protaras & Ayia Napa next to National Park Cape Greco There are 6 modern cabins, but all equipped with basic essentials! There's a small swimming pool for guests and woodland to go and find a quiet hideaway under the trees to relax! A car is essential to get to our location.

Villa Alba is located in the beautiful resort of Protaras. There is easy access to the main strip of Protaras as well as Ayia Napa being a short taxi or bus ride away. The modern villa sits at the top of a cul-de-sac and within walking distance of local amenities. There are four good sized bedrooms. Three of them are ensuite. The main bedroom has a balcony with partial sea views. There are two outdoor rattan seating areas and a gas-powered BBQ. One of the seating areas is under a new pergola.

Our flat in Protaras is in a quiet cul - de-sac. Away from the noise of traffic, it is the perfect place to relax, It is practically 4 minutes walk away from probably the best seas in Cyprus as well as the coastal Protaras promenade allowing you to enjoy walking or running alongside the blue waters of the sea during the summer or winter months. From the coastal promenade, one has access to recreational boats, beachfront restaurants, beaches and playground.
