Villa holiday rentals in Avoriaz, Morzine

There were 4 adults. Our host welcomed us with all his kindness and everything was planned, even coffee and shower soap. Beautiful south-facing garden. Good bedding (3x double bed) and beds made on arrival. Only downside: the partitions between rooms are quite thin and you can hear the neighbours snoring. William is a host to recommend and we will come back.

It was in a very nice location. It's really an ideal place to rest.

We spent two quiet nights. Everything was perfect when we arrived. The environment and the accommodation were as described, we enjoyed the functionality of the kitchen, the space in the apartment, the terrace for breakfast and dinner with the sunset. Finally, after parking our car in the private car park, we enjoyed Thonon les Bains, all on foot, 30 minutes to the thermal baths, the city centre and the lake. We will keep this nice apartment in our favourites for our next stays in the region.

We spent a month enjoying this remarkable house perched on top of Lac Leman. The house is true to the pictures, very comfortable and superbly equipped. We were able to take daily walks along the lake in the Montjoux park right below the house. The local market and bakery were a pleasant walk away. The Conciergerie that handled the details was invariably easy to contact and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed with Emilie for 15 days. We were 2 adults and 2 small children. The house is simply exceptional. It has all the comforts we can expect from a family vacation rental with all the stewardship that it requires. It is very well equipped and their child left toys available that delighted my children. The rooms are nice. The stunning views of Lake Lemman are just as exceptional! Beautiful evenings on the terrace in complete peace guaranteed! Emilie is also a very pleasant host, available and caring despite the self check-in. We can only recommend Emilie's house and this experience. We'll be happy to go back if the opportunity arises! Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very calm and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Marie-Laure's place. The house is located in a quiet area near the lake. It is very spacious and well equipped. We found everything we needed to enjoy the garden and terrace. We'll be happy to go back!

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

Our stay at Claude & Michelle's was perfect. With a large group, the home felt like it was ours for the week-long stay. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for great meals, and it was lovely to stay at a less busy part of the lakeside. Our hosts were accommodating of our requests and I'd definitely recommend this lodging for future trips with many guests.

The views were amazing. the couples are the best. Helped us settle in . The furniture's were top notch. I will stay here over and over again.

The house is well-equipped, perfect location with the lake a few minutes walk. Breathtaking views of the mountains from the pool!

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

We had an incredible stay as a family of 5. The villa was spotless and even better than the photos. Sandy and her family were so hospitable and made us feel so welcome. Would highly recommend.

This has been a much loved family home and there are many homely personal touches throughout. The location is very good and Saint Jorioz is a lovely town with great facilities.

Reymond is a great host, welcome us at our arrival and helped us settled in even before the check in time he allowed us to get into the accomodation after many hours flight to Geneva, We are group of 11 Comrade delegates from Nigeria and we found tgis accomodation meet up with our needs, Close to Annemasse Train Station, Supermarkets and Shops around the neighbourhood at walkable distances, Reymond Provided all the basics for the guests including WiFi, Towels for everyone and much more, Toilet Tissues etc. I will recommend this apartment to anyone looking for short let around annemmasse. Thank you Reymond for been very nice warm kind and responsive, sure we will book your apartment again.

Wonderful stay in this comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation... my friends and I were very happy with these returns from the slopes by the fireplace and this warm atmosphere like at home... a special note for Tom who checks all the boxes of kindness, availability to efficiency... thanks to him for his invaluable help 😊🌺👏

Large villa with stunning views of Passy-chedde, the surrounding mountains and as a bonus a nice glimpse on the Mont Blanc mountain range. Everything was fine when we arrived, games available (board games, ping pong table...) as well as some buoys and air mattresses for the large blue saltwater pool. Close to full joux (starting place for hiking, paragliding) of Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix... Even if we never found a barbecue😁, we thank the owners, with whom we had a wonderful time with the family.
