Relax on the property or use it as a base for bush walking in the nearby Mount Cole State forest or visiting the Pyrenees wineries. Abundant wildlife including wallabies, echidnas & wide assortment of birdlife. 15 km from Beaufort. Cosy cast iron chiminea on the deck; firewood supplied. EV Car charger (Level 2). Sadly, the historic meditation temple (c.1995) was destroyed in the February 2024 bushfire.

Leyden's Cottage

Period mud brick cottage originally built sometime before or around 1900 with family history stretching back five generations and the gold rush. It is set on a property of nearly 30 acres with abundant wildlife and scenery. It is located approximately 5-6 kms from the township of Avoca Victoria and it is within walking distance of a couple of local wineries and the Percydale historic area. A large, family friendly, country home, Bet Bet Creek Homestead is a tranquil getaway set on the banks of the Bet Bet Creek. Situated between the rural towns of Maryborough and Avoca, our charming mud brick house can comfortably sleep 8 people, with its four bedrooms and two living areas. There is a large outdoor area with an outdoor fire and gas BBQ, lounge and dining table. Be sure not to miss the sensational sunset over the front paddock or a walk along the creek.

Foletti's Barn - Cozy Daylesford retreat.

Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.
