Holiday rentals with a patio in Avila Beach

This was our second time staying at Lisa’s and it was just as great as the last time! The house was super clean and comfortable, and the view is amazing. Had a wonderful stay!

Spacious is definitely a good description. I visited with my mother for three nights, and Diane’s place provided everything we could need. My mother was impressed at how well organized the amenities were, and how comfortable the bed was. The sofa bed was too firm for my taste, but everything else was great. Light switches were helpfully labeled (I can’t say the same for some other Airbnb places I’ve stayed at, where the switches were mystifying). We felt very welcomed and right at home, and I would certainly stay here again!

This home was everything it was advertised to be. Great location, amazing views, awesome host. Especially enjoyed watching the sunset from the deck!

Wonderful place in excellent location. Designated parking spot, and walking distance to downtown Paso Robles restaurants, tasting rooms and other attractions.

Incredible. Easily one of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed in. Perfectly clean, full of amenities. Anything that we might want was there.

We just returned from a long weekend in Atascadero where we were visiting friends. They had guests, so we got Fayette's place, which also allowed us to bring our dog with us. Their little place was just the right size for me, my husband and our dog. Fayette's wife greeted us when we arrived, and offered to answer any questions we had. We had no problems or questions during our visit. The house had enough cookware for the small amount of cooking we did while we were there. There were Keurig coffee pods available for the Keurig coffee machine, although we brought our own, and there was soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom for anyone who might need it. I enjoyed seeing the goats at the main house, as well as the chickens, dogs and a cat, and on two occasions my husband and I saw deer passing behind our guest house. It was a very peaceful place to stay, and I would definitely stay there again if our friends don't have room for us and if we want to bring our dog.

This place was so cute and comfortable to stay in. It has that cottage feel and is very cozy and private. Outside is a patio area that you can sit in to enjoy the sun during the warmer weather. Location is very ideal if you want to do quick trips to SLO, Pismo, Avila or head south to Solvang. Sylvia was very helpful and quick to answer questions about the place. I really recommend staying here for a central coast getaway!

This is our second stay in this peaceful and beautifully decorated Airbnb. There is so much natural beauty surrounding this place and the Airbnb is perfect. Beautifully decorated, thoughtful amenities, helpful recommendations. We hope to visit a third time next year!

A peaceful oasis in the middle of town, the attention to detail in this home sets the bar high.

Perfect location. The view is amazing and it is super close to restaurants and shopping (less than 5 minutes). It had plenty of space for us and our 3 kids! Decorated beautifully and felt like home. Beds were very comfortable also, we all slept great for our one night stay passing through!

Our family was in town for wine tasting. Bob and Renee’s place is a gem in town and felt right at home. The beds and couches are very comfortable. We appreciate the thoughtful water and snacks especially after a full day of wine tasting. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. We also got into town a bit earlier than check in time and they were able to accommodate early check in which was appreciated. The properly is super close to downtown and only 20 mins to famous estate wineries. The fire pit was a treat at night time, great stargazing opportunities!We really enjoyed the property and would definitely stay again next time! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This home is so comfortable and peaceful, we didn't want to leave! Very comfy mattresses, great shower with good water pressure, super clean kitchen and bathrooms (and everywhere else), walking distance to downtown Paso, quiet neighborhood, fully equipped kitchen, and even a bidet in one of the bathrooms. Debra was responsive anytime we had any questions, and the guide she leaves for guests had everything we could possibly need. We loved our time there.

Great location and grounds. Clean and bright. Washer and dryer and dishwasher all work great. Plenty of supplies like soap and TP. Cooper was great and really helpful. There weren't coffee filters but the Vons is close. (The Vons was out of basket coffee filters so prolly helps to bring some and also bring some plastic utensils) Not quite enough hand towels for fastidious types but paper towels were available and it was great to have 2 1/2 baths. I usually bring my own pillow but didn't this trip and the pillows are quite tall and firm so it was not comfortable for me. Nice to have closet space and drawer space. Really a nice place. Heater works swell. Fridge is spacious. Turns out a relative lives down the street so I can honestly say there are great neighbors. There is a wonderful park with a great playground five minutes away. Check-in and out was easy and fast. The outdoor space is wonderful. Really close to a perfect stay.

We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and there was 6 of us. It was perfect for our plans to go wine tasting, visit the beach, and just chill in this comfy home. Loved the beautiful French decor, comfortable relaxing areas both indoors and out. Very clean with much attention to detail. Kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. This home contributed to an overall very fun girls trip. Would highly recommend.

Joshua & Nichole’s home was exactly what we were looking for. Cozy, quiet and near town. Our Meeka girl sure enjoyed herself as well. We would definitely like to return in the future.

Great spot, close to everything and pretty quiet. Great stay, matched ideally what we were looking for.

We had an amazing time. The home was so cute and inviting. It was very homie and comfortable. Carolyn was very responsive to my emails. EVERYTHING was in walking distance. We went to Splash Cafe, the Cinnamon Roll, Hot Shot pool Hall, Harry's and the pier. We also drove over to the Sand Dune for some off roading. Afterwards we enjoyed some breakfast at a cute 50's diner called Rock and Roll Cafe.

The suite was exactly as advertised. Self check-in was easy via keypad and code. The suite was clean, and had all amenities I needed. It was spacious for a solo traveler, and it would be great for a couple as well. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the dunes recreational area. There's a few restaurants and a small market in walking range; for more choices (near downtown) you will need to walk 15-20 minutes, or use a bike/car. The area was quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back next time I am in the area. I would recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Jaime's place. It's in a beautiful location, directly across from the lake with an amazing view. It's close to everything, which was great for us as we were visiting Cal Poly and the local area. The complex had a nice pool and spa that we got to enjoy, which were both quite warm. My wife enjoyed all of the high-end hair care products and stylers. My only issue would be that it's right on the road (Madonna Rd.), so gets noise, mostly in the morning during the week. I sleep with earplugs, so didn't bother me, but might bother light sleepers. Nonetheless, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This was a very well appointed condo with a view of the ocean and the green hills! The location cannot be beat, close to restaurants, shops and really close to the pier and the beach. The condo building itself was very quiet and I loved having an elevator when needed. The management company was very communicative and it was super easy to get in and out of the building and the condo itself. The price was very reasonable considering the 2 bedrooms and the location.

This by far is one of the best properties I've stayed at! It's at a great location!Plus, Rachel gave such a warm welcome! She's a fantastic! It's been the perfect getaway!.
