Monthly Rentals in Avila Beach

We had a great stay for my daughter's Cal Poly graduation. Perfect location next to Avila Beach, spotless condo with great bedding and towels. We cooked a lot over the weekend and had plenty of kitchen supplies and utensils. One of the more stocked Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. Also very helpful hosts- great communication and instructions for self check-in!

The treehouse was the perfect getaway. The place was cute, quiet and peaceful. A close walk to the beach. It was everything we needed to have a relaxing time. Thank you for all the recommendations. Great spot. Will definitely be back again!

I've stayed in several great Airbnb's over the years and Kelsea's Artist Studio is my favorite separate space so far. I stayed for two months and it is thoughtfully appointed with everything needed to be comfortable, including the bed and good WIFI. The studio is private so I didn't feel awkward or "in someone's space." Kelsea was very responsive and accommodating. The area is beautiful, quiet and safe, close to town and easy to head north or south. If this Artist Studio is on your radar I give it a hearty thumbs up.
