Nearby, very beautiful region rich in landscapes, lakes, history, architecture. Non-smoking cottage.

House in the heart of Avignonet. Close to the Canal du Midi, between Toulouse and Castelnaudary. You will appreciate the calm and the pleasant rooms by their size. The house is not completely finished, it still needs some finishing touches but that won't bother you during the stay. Parking is available behind the house with access through the garage that can accommodate bicycles. My cat will be there, you'll have to feed him if you plan to stay for several days.

First human presence (we!) 200m away: you will be alone in the middle of the woods. The 300m walk includes a steep section. Coffee and tea are available. We offer homemade meals. Bed linen provided, towels not provided. Communication via Airbnb, because the phone doesn't get a good signal at our place (in the cabin it's good).
