Exclusive apartment near the city center

The apartment is located in an extremely well-maintained residential complex with an unusual and beautiful green area. It is modern and tastefully furnished with a lot of love and is in top condition. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful weather-protected terrace. We also greatly appreciated the narrower terrace at the back with the wonderful view towards the village of Tyrol and the 2 comfortable seating areas. The location of the apartment is optimal – pleasant ambience, the expressway to Bolzano is quickly accessible, 5 minutes' walk away a good butcher (Siebenforcher), where you can also buy cheese, bread, milk, wine, etc. (a more relaxed alternative to the supermarket for small items). The city centre and the Tappeiner Promenade are within walking distance and there is an underground car park where you can park in a relaxed way – what more could you want! Birgit is a great host – always easy to reach and very nice. Thank you very much – we'd love to come back.

Perfect stay in Merano! Our stay in this apartment in Merano was simply excellent! The apartment was sparkling clean and the location is unbeatable, perfect for exploring Merano. The communication with the landlord was great: super friendly and always available. The detailed instructions for arrival and departure, including helpful photos for the key, were particularly helpful – that made everything super easy. We felt completely comfortable here and can recommend this apartment without reservation!

From start to finish, communication with Alex was great. Short, fast paths at eye level. Alex is trying very hard to make sure everything is going well. The house is highly recommended.
