Two stone houses immersed in the woods, in the small "Gropp" complex, reachable from the parking lot in 18 minutes on foot along a paved pedestrian road, the last 10 minutes of which are a slightly uphill path in the woods. Dedicated to those who love nature, those who appreciate tranquility, simple life, those who are not discouraged if at night they hear the animals of the forest wandering, those who are enchanted to listen to the birds and those who love swimming in the magnificent blue pools of the Maggia River.

Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the core of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pineapple and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you can access the two bedrooms, a double for a thousand and one night and a transformable single bed to a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. Outside there are many spaces to read or eat, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs, and a garden with armchairs.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Hi there! My cozy, modern apartment is located in the old town of Ascona, just a 3-minute walk from Piazza di Ascona, the popular café-lined promenade along Lake Maggiore. The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. Located between mountains and beach of Tegna, a unique apartment with space for 6 people awaits you. In the garden you can eat and relax comfortably. We have 2 bunk beds for 4 guests and a double sofa bed, large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a shower room with 2 sinks. It's only 3.5km to Ascona or Locarno and the Centovalli train stops right in Tegna. From here you can enjoy hiking in the most beautiful nature.

The house is located in the historic center, in a sunny area, the apartment is on the first floor and has a terrace overlooking the village. Parking is free, train station is a 3-minute walk. Nearby there are services such as grocery stores, bakery, restaurants and grottos, hairdresser and pharmacy.
