Dedicated to those who love nature, those who appreciate tranquility, simple life, those who are not discouraged if at night they hear the animals of the forest wandering, those who are enchanted to listen to the birds and those who love swimming in the magnificent blue pools of the Maggia River.

Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the heart of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; climbing the stairs you enter the two bedrooms, a double bedroom of a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub. Outside there are many spaces for reading or eating, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs and a small garden with armchairs.

Discover the charm of an authentic Ticinese farmhouse dating back to 1566, located in the heart of Avegno’s historic centre. Carefully renovated, it combines traditional character with modern comfort. Once the home of my grandmother and her family, it still retains the authentic atmosphere of village life, nestled among historic alleyways and just a stone’s throw from nature. From here, it’s an easy walk to the river, climbing and bouldering crags and areas, as well as grottos and numerous hiking trails.

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date.
