I had a great stay at the condo. The location is great, easy walk to the beach to watch sunsets and don't worry about driving and parking. I loved the decor and panoramic windows. Overall, the condo is very spacious, updated and parking is ample. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back to Naples area.

This is my third time renting this place. It’s clean, quiet and cozy. Jan and Jim are wonderful people. They are friendly, responsive and respectful. I enjoyed staying in their place.

This rental was really great. It was a perfect location close to everything that we wanted to see maybe no more than 10 minutes from the beaches restaurants etc. The unit was very clean. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms and tv's in the bedrooms. David was quick to respond. The only 2 suggestions are to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced. We would return to this rental.

We loved our stay here! Definitely recommend. We loved having all of the beach supplies - chairs, cooler, large towels, wagon, etc. It’s close to the beach which is a huge plus. We also used the bikes every single night to get places. We really enjoyed that they were available. Also appreciated having the guest information book. It provides information and pictures of everything you could possibly need and many recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area.

This Airbnb had everything we were looking for: -Proximately to a Beach -Outdoor Space -Peaceful/Walkable Neighborhood -Clean -Modern -Access to Beach Supplies There was not a single thing I could critique about our stay here. It had everything we were looking for, on top of the fact that it spotless. I also underestimated how nice the beach supplies would be. There were multiple Tommy Bahama chairs (high quality), sturdy umbrellas, and a number of nice hard-cover coolers. Everything someone would need to go enjoy a full day at the beach. This is a no-brainer Airbnb for southwest Florida.

An exceptional experience! This beach house exceeded our expectations. Its location is ideal. The space is spacious, bright, and decorated with a cozy style that made us feel at home. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the patio is perfect for relaxing at sunset. Our host was very friendly and attentive, providing us with helpful recommendations. We created unforgettable memories and definitely plan to return. This beautiful home was perfect for our stay. It was so clean, well equipped, and the perfect size for six adults who enjoyed being together for four days, but also had their own space!! The hosts were wonderfully responsive and accommodating with anything that we needed. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience!!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

I loved this place! It was well kept, clean, beautiful big kitchen, dishwasher, spacious rooms, washer/dryer, spacious clean bathrooms. Had a lot of space outside to hang out, beautiful backyard view of the canal. Super peaceful and quiet area. Walking distance to a great little Mexican restaurant. Host provided great recommendations to beach and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again!

We had such a great time staying on Marco Island. We really enjoyed the view of the bay and saw dolphins a few times. We used both pools and walked the neighborhood almost every day. Our favorite spots were the Shops at Olde Marco - Smith House for breakfast, Lee Be Fish - the grouper! Live music at the Boardroom Tavern. We also enjoyed a couple visits to the Snook Inn. We were in easy driving distance to both beach access points and other great restaurants. The condo was clean, comfortable and we really loved the balcony. It was great for our kid-free vacation and I would definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Lauren’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, had all the amenities we needed, and felt very comfortable. Lauren was an exceptional host, very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. The location was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again!

I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay! it was a very beautiful/clean condo, had everything we needed, and the recommendations from the Hosts were on point! We stayed one night on the south end of Marco at a Hotel (on our last night) on the beach with ocean front view and let me tell you, we LOVED the Air BNB more than the Hotel stay and will definitely book with these Hosts over any Hotel again! Saw Dolphins off our dock every Sunrise and Sunset at the AirBNB! We cannot wait to come back to this Condo! Thank you so much for the amazing Hosts for sharing their Home with us. The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, and it had everything I needed to make breakfast each morning. While the grounds are still recovering from the hurricane, with some visible damage, the pools are open and fully functional. Overall, it didn’t detract from an enjoyable stay.

Had a great stay this week at William’s place. Clean and quiet place. It doesn’t get more convenient than being just feet from 5th avenue and less than a mile from the beach! William was great by providing beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and a wagon to make it much much easier to take out to the beach. I definitely recommend this place for a stay!
