Being such an open house, it has the best lighting and the best views of the garden from any area and bedroom. We are on a 6,000-square-meter lot that we share with three other houses, and although there are no fences between them, the forest, plants, and trees give each house its privacy. Within our grounds you will find games for children and many green areas

Casa Marmota is a renovated cabin, where you can connect with nature within the forest and relax by listening to the river and the birds. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, campfire area, hot tub, barbecue area, outdoor dining room, TV room and internet. It is located just a 3 minute drive from Avandaro Main Street. You'll have to go down several steps to get to the house. Not suitable for people with low mobility. There may be dirt or dust in the outdoor area.
