Excellent stay!!! I went to celebrate my birthday in Valle de Bravo with friends, Roberto and his family welcomed us, who in my opinion are very nice people who make you feel at home. They also gave us the best attention, they gave me a small gift for my birthday. As for the house, it's very clean and the truth is that the house is a little more spacious than it looks in the photos. As for music, they let us have it without a theme but at a moderate level. The house is very central as it is close to several restaurants, bars and the lake (we did not have to use a car). The rooms are very nice and give an excellent homey feel to the mini cabin style. Roberto was always on the lookout for our arrival and on the lookout if we needed anything. My friends and I had a great time at the house. I recommend it 100%, you won't regret it!!!

The host is very friendly, always on the lookout. I liked the place, everything was nice. The only issue is the route to get there, since if it is cobbled.

It's a good place because you don't enter the traffic chaos of downtown Valle de Bravo and you can walk there. You leave your car in the apartment and that's it. Francisco is very friendly and always attentive.

Everything was excellent

Very good communication and service, the sheets were a little dirty and there was food, from someone in the refrigerator, details that are very easy to improve, the hot water does not come out so hot but... but the service and communication is very good.

It took us a little work to find the place why the location marks you another in another point, but we marked the person who indicated us in the instructions and supported us right away. The place 10/10 the cleaning. Quite comfortable and nice. The lady who is there always super friendly and very helpful. The pool is very clean. 👌🏻

2-story loft with an incredible view of Valle Lake, the balcony literally overlooked the water. Minimalist, comfortable, practical and functional decor. Very safe parking within the property. Half an hour from the centre of Valle. Wi-Fi, TV, Alexa, everything to keep you connected. Jacuzzi pool with lake view and barbecue, 100% recommended!

Jesus was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is light, spacious and well equipped. The location is absolutely perfect for the paragliding landing field.

Excellent loft, lovely and central view. Everything is at hand. We all had fun, even our little dog.

The stay was too pleasant, Beto is the person who is there and always had an impeccable availability. He answered us super fast for any situation...I went for an event and returned at 4am and he was always very kind to open and take care of us, everything was fine only as observation the light of the place is too dim, they should put more lamps or a little stronger light (even in the kitchen area) since it was difficult for us to cook at night due to the lack of light.

Location is conveniently located within walking distance from the zocalo. There are several different rooms in the building so the pictures do not look exactly the same, but it is still a very good stay for a great price. Very clean, soaps/towels provided. Great service from the host - he was available to answer our questions and recommend things we needed! I would stay here again if I returned to Valle de Bravo.
