Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Avallon

Steve and Jill’s place was exactly what we needed for our week in Pommard! The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed/linens were very comfortable, the 1.5 bathrooms (with washer/dryer) were much appreciated, and the smart TV was great. The location was perfect as it felt very private and peaceful. Best of all, Steve was kind, extremely communicative, and went so far as to pick us up from the train and take us to the grocery, rental car place, etc as we didn’t have a car for the entire stay. We are more than happy to recommend Steve for anyone staying in Pommard / wanting to be a bit removed from Beaune!

Beautifully well appointed. The host is helpful. You can even say it's super nice! We recommend it 100%!! Relaxing corner with plenty of walks around to do.

A large apartment in walking distance to the centre of town and very clean and tidy. Matched the description. Hosts were great with lots of information and responsive to questions. Thank you and would stay again!

Great apartment very well thought out, full of small everyday things available (several coffee machines, toaster, wine glasses, microwave, two bathrooms, hair dryer. The apartment is spacious, close to Auxerre, free parking in front. A small shop and a pharmacy 1m away. One of the best bakery I've ever known. And Denis is full of small touches, we were able to access faster than expected, the communications are quick and very friendly. In short, we loved it, it was our second time and still perfect! ☺️

We received a very friendly welcome. We were pleased with the accommodation. The area is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed riding the bicycles along the path beside the Burgundy Canal. Urs kindly lent us bikes. There is a choice of bikes, but they do need a little basic maintenance. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return one day. Colin

I would add that the apartment is very well-equipped, spacious, the room is quiet and the decor is great! I often come to Nevers and for my next stays, I would choose this place as a priority.

Nothing to say about the place and communication with Cédric. It was very good. A stone's throw from the beautiful village, free and easy street parking. bakery, intermarché right next door. Too bad there was no baby crib in the accommodation (but it was correctly stipulated in the listing and Cédric immediately answered us when we asked him🙏)
