Refurbished townhouse with a cool terrace, in the heart of a magnificent medieval city in Auvergne. The dwelling is composed of: - On the ground floor, a large living room around a wood hair, dining room and kitchen equipped with all comforts, as well as a laundry room and toilet. - On the first floor, two large bedrooms (Chbr1 - bed 140 + bed 90 - Chbr 2 - bed 140 ) and a bathroom with toilet. - A large terrace equipped with a barbecue terrace allows long evening outdoors.

It has a spacious and air-conditioned living area with sofa bed for 5th and 6th guests, 2 bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. Outside, a small courtyard for relaxing moments. Linens and towels are included in the rental. A cleaning fee (€30) is possible.
