Historical seigniorial house, where we built our wine cellar and set up an singular life area, working on comfort without forgetting the spirit of the place. The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. In the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms, organized with double beds or twin beds, separated toilets and air conditioned. A bottle of wine of the domaine is offered for your welcoming.

Spacious, bright, quiet and serene studio of 30 m2 + covered patio of 9 m2. Near the A39 highway, exit No. 5/Soiran then Tréclun 3 km away. Studio in the countryside on a 1600 m² fenced property (walls), digicode access, private parking, green and flowery spaces. From the studio, direct access from the ground floor to a private patio of 9 m² to have meals, or simply relax, read and unwind. Food shops and restaurants 5 km away Possibility (upon request free of charge) of a travel cot.

La ch'tite baraque

Small renovated house, located next to our main accommodation. Guests can park their vehicle in the yard, which is closed by an automated gate. The house has a living room with basic kitchenette, sofa bed for 2 people, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, and upstairs a landing/office and a large bedroom for 2 people with 160 cm bed. Linens and towels provided. Next to the accommodation, there is a locked barn to park bicycles, motorcycles, etc.

Old farmhouse renovated on 2 floors: great calm, all comforts! Nuits-Saint-Georges 10 min, Beaune 15 min, highway 10 min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, 50" smart TV, board and outdoor games, barbecue, among others! In the heart of Dole city center, come and enjoy the unusual experience of troglodyte accommodation. La Grotte d'Enfer is a 3-star, warm, fully-equipped apartment, about 60 m2. Very cocooning, once inside you will forget that you are in town. At the foot of the collegiate church, you will be in the front row for the market, but also very close to the Euro Vélo 6, the Doubs, the Canal de l'Est and the SNCF train station.

This one is located in a vaulted cellar, it has a jacuzzi with 47 jets, a Finnish sauna with lava stone and a Himalayan salt wall. The eggs suspended in front of the salt wall allow you to breathe iodized air that provides unsuspected benefits. We are the only establishment to offer this space in Bourgogne Franche-Comté.
