Recently furnished, it offers pleasant comfort for a family of 4. At your disposal, the swimming pool, the trampoline, the portico and the plancha. Breakfast available (€5 per person and served between 8:30 am and 10:00 am) Charging point rate (11kW-Type 2): €0.30 per kWh. The reservation must be made 24 hours before guests arrive.

Small charming cottage for rent in a medieval village of Quercy. Breathtaking view facing south, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the guest couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. We love to speack English;-) Attention: the pool opens at the beginning of June… consult me according to the weather to find out if it can be opened from 15 May:-)

Terrace not overlooked. 14 meter swimming pool with heated massage waterfall from early May to end of October. The spa water is changed between each rental for perfect hygiene. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

The gîte des Érables, property under outdoor video surveillance system. The wooded property is located a short walk from the Canal du Midi and thus Lake Bergon. There is a large pool to share to enjoy the sunny days. The municipality of Lamagistère is located 15 km from Agen -47-. Nearby you will find many shops, restaurants as well as the Walygator amusement park 20 min away. The nearest train station is less than 1 km from the property.

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance.
