90 m² outbuilding adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45 m² living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: - Terra Cotta Room: Double bed (140 cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Nice accommodation in the countryside

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.

Country house 15 minutes from Le Mans

House with independent access equipped for 4 people located at the exit of the village and in a dead-end road. Easy access from the A11 highway. 7 km from La Suze sur Sarthe. Simplify your life in this peaceful and central accommodation between Le Mans and Sablé sur Sarthe. It's a detached house but we're neighbors. You can take your morning walk along the communal road. For a weekend, forget your worries in this spacious and relaxing space. Ideal for a large family, this farmhouse is located in the Sarthe countryside, 30 minutes drive to Le Mans (15 minutes by train). The owners are housed in an adjoining and independent space, they remain available if needed.
