Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Auvergne

The accommodation was not very clean when we arrived following the departure of the former tenants who had not played the game of "cleaning". However, the accommodation is very functional, spacious, well heated in these rainy weather, in a place surrounded by nature. Every morning we had the deer visit in the field on the doorstep of the house. Thank you for the very pleasant stay.

Pleasant stay by the lake, walking access within 50m. Proximity to the city center less than1 km away. Ideal accommodation for family with children, everything is there, equipped kitchen, living room, tv, bedroom, bathroom, garden, laundry line, sunbed. I would highly recommend it

Very nice accommodation, decorated with taste and originality. The place is a real paradise and the accommodation lacks nothing to be perfectly self-sufficient. The welcome with two dogs was no problem, the garden allows them to play quietly.

Moving around as part of my work, the space allowed us to rest easy. Not having too much time to visit the surrounding area I could not be of great help. The only small downside is that it is necessary to provide food for the evening, because there are no restaurants in the area, but otherwise very pleasant accommodation.

The house is perfect, the welcome is warm, the owners are charming and are very attentive to ensure a stay as pleasant as possible. If we come back to the area, this is where we will come back and nowhere else no!

Great host. Very responsive, super friendly. The place was spotless. Comfortable, clean bedding. Very well equipped and quiet accommodation. It was perfect for our weekend in Montluçon. The only problem is that there are no blackout blinds on the 2 Velux of the bedrooms upstairs. But a little bit of aluminum foil lined on the glass and you're all set not to be woken up in the morning. In short, I highly recommend this place and this host.

Excellent stay at Bernard and Chantal's. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly hosts. A much appreciated attention: 1 bottle of wine was waiting for us. Absolute calm, very nice house with everything you need, private terrace in front of the pool and jacuzzi available and covered. Bernard loves animals and pampered our dog Vaïa who even had small cookies. 1 address to remember, which we will recommend to our friends, and it's clear we will come back, we love this area. Short weekend for the carp show in Montluçon, I'll set my sights on this rental! I don't regret it!! After 1 day of walking we were able to take a good rest in the hot tub! Valerie will greet you with a smile! A big thank you for breakfast I recommend it without so much as a second thought! The wife has already planned to come back in summer to enjoy the heated pool!

Simone's place is perfectly suited to a multi-night stay; it includes all the amenities useful on a daily basis and is located in a very pleasant setting. I would recommend it unreservedly!

Accommodation matches the photos, unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the beautiful exterior because of the weather. Very nice house. We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday as a family in this very nice place. We'll be back with pleasure!

The gite, renovated with taste and authenticity, is set in the middle of a welcoming nature with superb mountain views. Nothing is missing . The human environment is caring and friendly. For a total disconnection a tip: provide a refueling accordingly ( presence of a freezer. The plus: the alpacas that can be observed from near or far. Great thank you to all our hosts, adults and children .

Perfect location to visit the area, close to A75. Convenient key box. Quiet and spacious place, parking in front of the house. Step-free apartment, good bedding including sofa. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay and we definitely want to come back. Our children aged 5 and 7 had a fantastic time on the river and in the garden, the cottage is more cozy and beautiful than shown in the photos, the kitchen has every comfort, enough wood for the fireplace. It is such a beautiful quiet place, and so super green! The garden is tasteful and tidy and is perfect in nature. This place is decorated and maintained with a lot of love and care, you feel that in everything. We had a wonderful time!

Family with a child and a baby, we stayed 5 nights at Nickie's house. We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and particularly well equipped. We also enjoyed the exteriors and especially the private beach a few minutes walk from the accommodation. The baby amenities were great. The view from the house is great. There are plenty of hikes to do nearby. Off season, plan a few groceries and/or cash. We particularly enjoyed the village market of Sainte Croix Vallée Française (on Nickie's advice). We warmly recommend this accommodation and a big thank you to Nickie and Yves for their little touches, trust and hospitality!

Joël's house, very friendly host, matches the listing it is simple and comfortable located in a small peaceful hamlet Quiet awaits you! Away from shops, you just have to plan accordingly! Good value for money. I recommend it.

Out of all my stays, this was by far, my favorite. Surrounded by flowers, trees, a pond, the cottage was idyllic and charming. Martine put so many special touches into it and delivered more hospitality than I could ever expect. The were multiple places to hike- forest trails with wildlife, a beautiful lake, picturesque paths all around. We even walked by a castle, and drove to another one close by. The back garden was lovely to sit and have breakfast in. Martine and her husband, along with her precious adult daughter, Justine, made us feel so welcome. I wish I had booked more of my trip there. I am already planning to return at some point. This was a wonderful place to relax and recharge.
