Spread across two houses, La Bergerie and L'Atelier, it can accommodate 20 people, and up to 28 on request (please contact us). With its tree-lined park, pond, pedal boats, swimming pool and play area, this is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. In winter, the stoves, the billiards table, the 2 large lounges and the games room will allow you to spend convivial evenings.

Former tram station, "Vichères la Gare" is a peaceful and green place, bordered by a river and bodies of water. Its dock transformed into a closed terrace opens onto a large garden in which you will have the pleasure of rubbing alongside frogs, ducks, herons, water chickens... Nearby, you can enjoy many family activities: walking, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, golf, horseback riding, swimming, cinema, canoeing, and more. In the living room, a space is dedicated to remote work.

Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest.
