Our tiny cabin is located a stone’s throw away from the Mud Lock boat launch on the NYS Cayuga-Seneca River. A quiet and serene destination for nature enthusiast’s, angler’s, boater’s and hunters. Comes equipped with: stove/oven, refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster, 2 coffee makers, cookware, dishes. A futon sofa that will sleep 1 comfortably, TV with Spectrum cable & Disney+. The bedroom has a full-sized bed and a reading lamp. The bathroom has a roomy shower, toilet and washer and dryer.

Historic Downtown Seneca Falls Apartment

My boyfriend and I wanted to extend our trip to FLX by a day and came across this gem. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a warm smile that made us feel at home. Everything in this apartment is intentionally made to match the vibrant history of Seneca Falls. The furniture, lighting, silverware and decor make you feel like you are living in history. I especially liked the old card books on the dressers in each room . Bed was comfy and the blankets kept us warm. Sven is renovating this property so there are some cool upgrade’s to the property future guests will enjoy. I feel the welcome message and the whole listing is very clear to what you can expect and what is to be offered. I needed a hair dryer and John was quick to help. Check out was a breeze! Much success to you guys. Thank you!

Laurie's place is perfect for a short getaway and ideally suited for touring the Fingerlakes. Laurie herself was super helpful and responsive and welcomed us with a very clear set of expectations and guidelines for "glamping" at her tiny house and tiny boat. The fire pit was a great bonus! And the sunsets over the water a real delight at the close of the day. My only note is that, if it rains, you will indeed remain dry, but the noise of a small rainstorm from inside a tiny boat is much bigger than you might expect! Not a drawback that overwhelms the other many advantages, but it is something to keep in mind for light sleepers. I would also say that this is definitely a place for a couple -- romantic or otherwise; had I been traveling alone, I might have felt a little insecure sleeping in a boat without any kind of lock. But for adventurous couples with an appreciation for historical tourism and wine tasting, this place is terrific :)

Place was nicer in person than in pictures. Beautiful property. Kayaks and fishing was a lot of fun. Wildlife was plentiful. All equipment was there and in good condition for outside, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. We only had four adults and a toddler but you easily could have fit two full families. Even though it rained all weekend we still enjoyed ourselves more than expected. We will certainly be returning.

We had a great stay. Nice location right on the water. Water views from most windows. Good location for exploring the Finger Lakes region. As noted in listing, this house has only one sink (located in kitchen), but this was not a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again.
