In the Var, near the Gorges du Verdon and Lake Sainte-Croix, we welcome you to a new 35 m2 apartment, with all amenities, adjoining our villa. This accommodation consists of a bedroom with new bedding, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. In season, free access to the heated pool. The accommodation is 800 m from the village where you will find all amenities (all shops, restaurants, Provencal market twice a week).

Enjoy a unique stay, cozy accommodation, an 80 m2 terrace-pool set with sunbathing loungers or shaded area, and a 20 m2 loggia under a lean-to roof where you can dine in complete privacy. Your 28 m2 mini lodge with mezzanine has a bedroom area with 140 bed and 2 children's beds with ladder access. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped, a bar area is accessible indoors and outdoors. A nice 35 m² outbuilding for 2 people (possibility for 2 children in the sofa bed) in a large Mediterranean garden. We will welcome you to our quiet property, a 15-min walk from the charming village of Cotignac. We'll be happy to share our pool. Cotignac is a famous Provençal village, 1 hour from Aix and Marseille, the beaches of the Var coast or the Côte Bleue, and 30 minutes from the Verdon Gorge and its lakes. English spoken.
