A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

We no longer accept parties and birthdays for adults; it disturbs the neighborhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places for rejuvenation and creation, but also conducive to interaction. Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you will be surrounded by nature. From the garden you overlook the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.), there is a bar/restaurant, and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddleboard. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.
