Nous n’acceptons plus les fêtes et anniversaires entre adultes, cela dérange trop le voisinage. Havre de calme et de nature. Lieux de ressourcement, de création, mais également propice aux échanges. Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.
