Welcome to Auke Bay, one of the sunniest spots in Juneau. This apartment is 8 years old, clean, and has amenities for a long or short term stay. Step right out the door onto paved trails to the University, food and drinks, and Auke Lake for water sports or bike riding. You can even rent our paddle board. Great stay, great location 0.25 from the bus, 0.5 mile from grocery store. The bed was very comfortable as well as the home; the kitchen had everything you needed. Thomas was a very accommodating and friendly host. Will stay again next time I’m in Juneau.

We were looking forward to a night away, without work, laundry, dishes, kids, or chores. It was the perfect local getaway to relax and be in a wonderfully peaceful setting. We used the grill to have a delicious steak dinner, enjoyed the complimentary Netflix, and just had a quiet, relaxing, refreshing reset. The informational, welcome binder had so many more recommendations than expected. I definitely recommend reading through it upon check in. For out of towners, it’s like a personal tour guide with detailed instructions on how to get to so many cool places, some even more “secret” to Juneau locals. The number of suggested hikes was really cool to see. The recommendations were spot on and clearly explained, from hikes to tours to restaurants and more. This home is beautiful, functional, and stocked with everything (and far more) we could have wanted. We would come back with our kids too, as it’s perfectly set up for families. The bed and linens were comfortable, soft and so cozy

We stayed at Dean’s for one night before taking the ferry. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to meet or take advantage of the lovely breakfast spread since we left very early, but check in was easy and the room and bathroom were very comfortable. Also, the most beautiful cat said hello when we arrived! Thank you!
