You are staying in a 300 year old, original Bavarian Farmhouse with modern Comfort. The bedroom is furnished with a hand built Pine bed. The living room has a comfortable sleeping couch which also fits two people easily. The rooms are separated by a door but the bathroom is only accessible through the living room. Puergen is nicely located, 5 min to Landsberg am Lech - 10 min to the lake Ammersee and a 40 min drive to Munich. Our farmhouse is perfect for families, couples, friends, adventurers.

Genieße den Garten mit Terrasse, Flussblick und Sitzplätzen direkt am Bach. Der Bach lädt zum Baden ein, Angeln ist ebenfalls möglich. Schöne Spazier- und Wanderwege beginnen direkt vor der Haustür. Bad mit Dusche, Gartenmitbenutzung und viel Ruhe zum Entspannen.

Dream location in the heart of Augsburg

I propose a room with terrace in my large and bright apartment. The bathroom is exclusively available to guests who can use the kitchen. The apartment is very central and yet quiet in a green area. The city center is less than 15 minutes on foot. Buses and trams as well as supermarkets are numerous. The shopping center "City Galerie" and the Cinemaxx are on the other side of the street. A free parking space is available.

Ich freu mich immer über Gäste , erwarte kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Wichtig : Keine Buchung für Drittpartein möglich. Preistransparenz : airbnb nehmen 20% des Buchungsbetrags , zuzüglich muss der Betrag noch von mir versteuert werden :)
