We had a great extended weekend with friends in this charming house. The place is very quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the neighbours are lovely. The house is semi-detached (I don't think it was not specified in the listing) but it didn't bother us at all. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. The hosts were really welcoming, very flexible from start to finish, and shared great recommendations, including the fishing port of Andernos, a must-see! Small thing to note: one of the bedrooms upstairs has a door that doesn't close properly and a bed that squeaks, it can be noisy. But other than that, everything was great. Thanks again for a lovely stay! We really enjoyed it. Looking forward to coming back to your beautiful area.

We found the apartment very comfortable for two family couples, the bed linen was high quality; there was coffee (capsules), smart TV. It was a comfortable stay, thank you ☺️

Excellent stay at Claudine's, who is a wonderful, welcoming, available and joyful host. The accommodation is perfect, very clean, nicely decorated both inside and outside, a little joy. The bike path in front of the house, the best for visiting the Arcachon basin. We would highly recommend it. See you soon, Claudine.

Warm welcome by our hosts in person. Some very pleasant surprises to enjoy after a long journey. Well-equipped house, good location. Don't be fooled by the facades and surroundings of the poorly maintained houses in the enclosure. Once you pass the front door, the house is very nice.

Louis-Antoine was a welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable host who gave us a thorough and thoughtful introduction to both the apartment and the city. His recommendations for things to do and places to eat and explore in Bordeaux were spot-on and much appreciated. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location—just steps from the beautiful Jardin Public, where we enjoyed several relaxing walks. It was clean, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and welcoming. The bed was large and comfortable with crisp but soft sheets. There was fresh water, condiments and all you needed to settle in for a short or long stay. I loved the location looking at the grand church across the road. The tram was only a few metres away. Lots of food shops, bars and cafes. In short, it was perfect for my one week stay. Thank you.

Great quiet accommodation with very welcoming and warm hosts.

Lea’s place was amazing - location in the heart of the historic district with balcony views to one of the ancient city gates. We traveled here for my dad’s 70th birthday and could not have been happier with the home. Lea was also very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We had a great weekend. We took our bikes and the bike paths were easy to access from the accommodation. We recommend it without hesitating.

Super clean apartment. Nice location for oysters and other restaurants. Away from the noise of downtown Arcachon, but still close enough. Well equipped. Secure off street parking.

Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city centre by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). The parking space and bikes are very nice. Our host was very responsive and we were greeted by his parents who were charming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

juliens place was perfect for myself and jenny. ideal for couples. great views of the sea. it was "home from home" for us. arcachon is a great place for a relaxing holiday. it has everything and juliens place compliments the place. definitely going back.

We felt very comfortable there overall. Location, neighborhood, beautiful amenities - everything as described. However, the garden is much smaller than it appears in the photos. In the kitchen equipment, a teapot and a coaster were missing, which were quickly provided, as well as a second dish towel (there were four of us there for a whole week). The bicycles are very simple and quite small. Right for small explorations in the village, but not for further distances. The time information in the description - right after the keyword bicycles - refers to the car, not to cycling. We misunderstood.

beautiful quiet accommodation I recommend

We have just had a pleasant stay at Christine's. The apartment met our expectations. It is very functional and very well placed. We were hosted very well by Antoine. We found the reception of the traders very friendly.

The apartment is in a quiet area but close to a beach, two bakeries, some bars and restaurants. The apartment is very nice and all the equipment is there for a comfortable stay. We liked the shower in particular. The apartment has a balcony and it is nice and cool even when it is hot outside. It is a half hour walk from the railway station and to the city centre. The walk to the city centre is very nice along the sea side. Sophie is very quick, adequate and kind in her information and response. There is a handout with information both in French and English. We have enjoyed our stay very much.
