Beautiful place, and so relaxing. Ginta was so helpful and welcoming. The surrounding area is gorgeous, and lots of opportunity for day trips into Cesis and for hiking.

I was finding a peaceful place to stay for a while and randomly found Jānis’ place recommended. I stayed there for a month and it truly felt like home. Jānis was incredibly helpful, and the place was quite spacious with separated kitchen. It was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Cēsis itself is a hidden gem—such a beautiful town with stunning scenery. I really enjoyed exploring it on foot and taking in the surroundings.

There were 4 of us friends and we were very comfortable. Keep in mind that the house has a capacity for 8, so we had a lot of space. Although the furniture may be and look a bit 80s, the truth is that it is functional and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, including a washer-dryer that came in handy in the middle of the trip. The bedrooms are also spacious and each has its own bathroom. The fireplace is a sight to behold and the surroundings are really quiet and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.
