Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

Located on the ground floor, on the Thiers/Ambert departmental road, ideal for a stopover, for travelers, workers or visitors. Not suitable for a vacation stay. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping area with bunk beds, a small bedroom with a 2-seater sofa bed (real mattress) and a bathroom. Access possible to the shared garden.

Upon arrival, the beds will be made, towels will be provided and you will have complimentary cleaning products for the house. You can also enjoy the largest mountain bike area in France (Massif des Bois Noirs mountain bike area).
