Very nice house tastefully decorated. You feel at home there. Perfect for 6 with a beautiful garden. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool due to weather! Amandine is very welcoming and responsive. Dogs are welcome (be careful though, there is a little turtle in the garden). I would highly recommend! We'll be back sometime!

Very nice well-equipped house in a quiet and residential area. The accommodation is perfectly located 5 min from the beach and close to all shops. The welcome was at the top 👍 We would recommend it without hesitation.

5 star review for 5 star super-host and perfect place. Christophe is a great host. Giving us great tips (we went Biking at Isle d’Yeu, catamaran sailing at noirmoutier,…) and always on the look-out to help / have a friendly chat. The place has a very charming swimming pool surrounded by flowers and herbs which can be used to cook on the BBQ. In short everything is there to have a wonderfull stay. We didn’t spend much time indoors but it’s very well renovated and Christophe keeps it in excellent conditions

We had a wonderful stay with our four children at Karine and Stephane's place. The place was clean and superbly equipped. We particularly liked the secure delimitation of the pool in the garden. Communication was extremely friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Apartment a little old-fashioned in style but perfectly functional, equipped and meets expectations. I recommend it. In case of night arrival, it is not necessarily easy to locate the parking lot and the entrance to the building

Great apartment, 2 adults & 2 teenagers, no problem, very nice complex, always clean. Always room around the pools. Highly recommend, we have been to the Vendee 12 Times in the past 15 years, and this was definitely one of the best.

A comfortable and nicely decorated apartment in a very quiet and green private residence. Noëlla was very friendly and gave us good addresses in the area. So it's a good starting point to discover the Poitevin marsh.

house in a new subdivision located in a locality. Quiet +++. Walking tour in the surrounding marshes, car to arrive very quickly at daily or leisure amenities (beaches, markets, marshes, etc.). Being 2 couples with small children, the layout allowed to have our 2 places of nights + shower + toilet separated (practical to be independent). House where all the amenities are well thought out, clean, accordingly and even for the children, very appreciated! thank you 😉 Pool and garden pool and garden pool at the top and secure thank you for the stay at your property 👍 just a downside odor for the shower master suite, we warned. We used the spacious master bathroom with a nice organization 😁 because 4 adults and 3 children.

Pleasant house, close to the ocean, quiet, very well equipped (dishes, games, mini chain, hooks to put things everywhere...). The three bedrooms upstairs are close to each other but well soundproofed. And then there's the pool!

House very well suited for a group of 10 people. Friendly and flexible hosts. The stay was ideal in a peaceful and quiet place close to the sea and the forest for a stroll. I would highly recommend it!
