Our house is ideally located 100 meters from the lake and 4 km from Annecy Old Town. You don't want to be caught in traffic, we provide, for a fee, 10 bikes. If you want to spend a quiet evening, the house is decorated with a 250 m² fenced garden, where you can enjoy the lounge area, dining area, barbecue and fire pit

the cottage is in a very quiet area surrounded by woods with walking trails in the forest 200 meters away. Covered outdoor terrace with sofa and armchair for good relaxation. We are 45 minutes from the first ski resorts. Our home is 10 meters away so we will advise you if necessary and will be very responsive if there are any issues. Everything is planned so you can have a good stay with peace of mind. All that's left is to book 😉
