We love our 100+ year old farm and want to share our family gem with you. This charming, vintage farmhouse has a private, in-ground heated pool with a slide, pagoda w/ outside seating, hammocks, stone front porch, sun room/art nook, a barn, horses, cats, and a neighbor dog that might come say hi. Our farm is ideal for artists/musicians, it's equipped with supplies, art, and instruments. Camp/hike the picturesque 80 acres of rolling hills, forests, meadows, and wetlands. SECOND BATHROOM ADDED!

White Lake Studio Apartment-Gateway to Nature

New studio apartment with separate entrance. Fully furnished kitchen, new Queen sized bed, all new furnishings including desk area, Wi-Fi, lots of storage space, new refrigerator, stove, microwave, 42" TV, and dishwasher. Unit includes your own washer and dryer and has a gorgeous lake view in front. Located close to movie theaters, bowling, restaurants, shopping malls, grocery stores, large state recreational park, skiing and convenient to airports. Bathroom inside unit with 2 recliner chairs

The Beach House

Private deck with grill, fire pit, parking space, washer/dryer, pack n play, waterfront gazebo (shared), picnic tables, swimming, kayaks, paddle boards, row boat, pedal boat, fishing, ice fishing, ( bring your fishing gear, all water boating / kayaks /paddle boards, are ONLY available to use for staying / paying guests. Lake is electric motors only. (2 pet max)Dogs allowed (aggressive breed dogs not allowed, all dogs must be leashed, no cats allowed). Short drive to Frankenmuth approx 40 mins.

Tiny house “THOW” in woods -Hot Tub (shared)

Try the tiny living adventure! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other most times, NOT! Definitely can’t depend on it! Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is never/rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

Cozy Suite with Tranquil View

Forget your worries in this spacious, serene guest suite. This lower level suite offers keyless entry for self check-in and is accessible by a private guest pathway. The open floor plan offers a living area, dining area, recently remodeled kitchenette and bathroom, pool table & dart board, and a walk-out patio to enjoy a tranquil setting with a pond and wildlife in view. We are just minutes from many wedding venues, Ascension Hospital, Pine Knob & Mt Holly, music venues, and shopping.

Lake Luna Metamora

WHAT IS LAKE LUNA CABIN.... Our cabin was hand built with Oak logs from the property and Yellow Pine logs from Montana and Wyoming. Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Enjoy the water fountain as well!

Peaceful Suite Lakefront Retreat

Welcome to our beautiful, smoke-free lakefront home! Enjoy a peaceful escape in our cozy 2-bedroom apartment with a private entrance and full kitchen & laundry in our walk-out basement. Accommodating up to 6 guests, Experience outdoor fun year-round—swim, kayak, build snowmen, or gather around the fire pit under the stars. We're close to shopping and just 10-30 minutes from Frankenmuth and Flint. Our friendly family respects your privacy while being here to assist.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.

Quack Shack Getaway

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars with a twist from the farm. Private glamping off grid cabin with peaceful landscapes to enjoy nature in your own secluded A-frame. There’s an outhouse just a short walk from the cabin. Hobby farm by main house with friendly farm animals who love to receive pets! With a blackstone grill and queen bed you can make a cuisine of your dreams and have a few dreams under the stars.
