Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

Cozy, spacious cottage with a beautiful sunroom porch where guests can enjoy peace and quite. Free Wi-Fi, conveniently located within minutes of downtown, great restaurants, shopping mall and grocery store is right up the road! Basement has a comfortable area for guests to unwind and watch a movie. There is plenty of sleeping space, 3 beds and 2 futons, 1.5 baths, large dining room table with plenty of space. The character within this home is absolutely gorgeous. You wont be disappointed!

The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.

This BnB is a must stay, we have been multiple times and will continue to stay. They are the all time best host and make your experience one of a kind. The private pond is an awesome addition to the relaxing and beautiful patio, the house is spotless, modern and comfortable. I stayed in the cozy room, which is the smallest of the three available spaces. Even so, it was perfect. I had my own TV, fan, and mini fridge. The shared bathroom was rarely shared as there's a half bath near the other upstairs space, and I assume the basement space has its own full bath. Sheryl and Gordon are great, and the house is in a beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here.

The beautiful sunsets are worth the stay alone! The place was so peaceful and was great for our dogs. Dan provided clear instructions and was very responsive. We had a minor drain issue, but he was quick to respond and more than willing to come fix it.

We were in town for a wedding and Karrie’s place was just what we needed! Karrie was awesome – super responsive and friendly, making our stay even better. Check in and out instructions were clear and easy. Great location near local businesses and nice parks near the river. Loved our time here and would book again. :)
