Holiday houses in Atkins

Sydney’s place allowed us the opportunity to all be together the weekend of a wedding! We laughed and talked. Had morning coffee, rested prior to the wedding and had ample room for all four couples!

Larry's little lakeside cabin is amazing. It was cozy and had an amazing view. Larry's hospitality is unmatched. By far the nicest place we have stayed while out on our work endeavors. We felt right at home. I will be going back soon just to bring my family. Trust me when I say this stay is a must. If you don't stay at Larry's cabin, you are robbing yourself of a great time.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Very quite and peaceful. We were in town to attend an ATU football game. Great location for that. Close enough to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing. Billie Ann was a great host. Very thoughtful and communicative. Hope to stay again sometime.

This was one of the best vacations I have had! Angela’s place was fabulous, even better than the photos. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and the house was perfect for our 3 generations of family. The house is very spacious with enough activities to for the kids and teens not to get bored. If we come back to Arkansas, we will definitely be staying again! Angela was very responsive when we had questions and even gave us some rainy day suggestions. We have a family member with a severe allergy to perfumes and chemicals, she made sure the house was free of these so he was able to enjoy a vacation!

We had the BEST time! The pictures do not do this place justice and we were so surprised at how beautiful the cabin and area truly was. Very family friendly, also. We rented as a couple and felt right at home. We loved getting to fish on the pond, kayak and walk around the property. It was a quick drive to any stores/restaurants, although we mostly used the fire pit to cook our dinners. It was also a short drive to Petit Jean, where we did some hiking. We are already talking about coming back and bringing our friends and their families! Steve was so kind and friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

My family really enjoyed staying here. Taylor was extremely helpful and nice! We will be back and highly recommend.

Jason is a gracious host. This is his second property that I've stayed at and they're so so equipped! This location has a great view of the lake and a fantastic deck. It's a two bedroom house, one room has a queen bed, one has two bunk beds, queen on bottom, twin on top, in the main room next to the front door is another twin over queen bunk next to the pool table. There isn't a door on that room. I say that just to help people plan their trip. Great home, great location, great host!
