Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Athi River

We had a wonderful stay at this cosy and spotless family home. From the moment we arrived, Jue made us feel incredibly welcome, even going so far as to cook a meal for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Nairobi with plenty of great amenities within walking distance. The security guards were also very friendly and helpful, adding to the overall sense of comfort and ease. This truly felt like a home away from home, perfect for our little family. This is what Airbnb should be about! Highly recommended!

Lucy's place was absolutely amazing to stay at. She was responsive and very friendly. And the neighbourhood is serene and quiet. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend. It's a steal for that price!

Nice place to stay

My family and I had an amazing stay at Agnes and Jeremiah’s place! From booking to checkout, they were super friendly, responsive, and full of helpful tips that made our trip smooth. The house was spotless, beautifully presented, and full of charm,truly a home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook comfortably, and every detail was thoughtfully covered. The location was perfect,safe, peaceful, and close to Nairobi National Park, the Giraffe Centre, and shops. Our kids loved the toys, books, and games, which kept them happily entertained. Mark the caretaker was fantastic, always helpful and quick to respond and the housekeeper did an amazing job keeping everything spotless. This was easily one of our best Airbnb experiences. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning to return! Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and a memorable stay.

Perfect 2 bedroom house in a nice, quiet, safe corner of Karen

Mohan and the housekeepers really welcomed us with open arms. From the moment of our arrival, they were very happy to settle us in and attend to our needs. The treehouse was perfectly located within the leafy suburbs of Lavington in driving proximity to various tourist attractions, making it an ideal place to stay. The space was unique, surrounded by greenery with a beautiful tree in the centre. The kitchen was well-stocked and the overall layout was spacious. The bathroom was clean with warm water for shower. There is access to a beautiful, well-kept garden, tended to by Mohan himself. Travelling as two young women, we felt very safe and looked after. It strikes the perfect balance between nature and city. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a easy access to the city centre !

Aéko's house is an Oasis in the city. Quiet yet conveniently located. The quiet stillness of the lake to wake up to, the cozy deck and the garden offer just the right atmosphere for relaxation. Imagine seeing literal ducks in a row at sunrise!!! Will definitely be back.

We had an incredible stay at Dickson’s place! The unit was exactly as described— immaculately clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect for a great night's sleep, What really stood out was Dickson’s hospitality. He accommodated our family and returned our belongings we left behind Dickson’s is very honest person, and his communication was excellent-super responsive, helpful, and kind. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests' experience. Dickson’s is an amazing host, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed every bit of my stay, Christine is a very good host,responsive and always ready to help,she gave me a list of places to go,sent me pickup and arranged a taxi to take me around it felt like home for me,very cozy as described and hey I cooked a storm in that kitchen,will definitely go back and I highly recommend

Whitney was able to accommodate us last minute, so that we could rest before our evening flight. The place was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed plus more. I wish we stayed there during our trip instead of our other Airbnb! We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay, quiet, clean and great views overlooking the city/park

Grace and Joe (co-host), are wonderful hosts. The apartment is super clean and spacious. They were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. If you are looking for a peaceful, clean, safe and secure place for you and your loved ones this is the place to be. Felt like home away from home. My little ones loved every inch of the space and enjoyed some of the amenities offered. During your stay here, if you are lucky, like we were, you might spot some animals in the National Park from your porch. We had a great experience all round. It was worth it.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Nairobi. The walk-in showers were excellent and the beds very comfortable. It was very easy to get around town using Ubers. It was also very close to YaYa Center, which had excellent cafes and an assortment of groceries. Our hosts were excellent to work with. We definitely recommend staying at their place. We will stay here again next time we’re in Nairobi. Their place is on the 14th floor of a new condo and has a great deck for viewing the sunsets.

I would come back any time or recommend it any time. It’s a place to be if you want some nice, peace and quiet and comfy environment with birds singing in the air and surrounded by nature.

Nyaboke is a great host. The apartment is spotless and well-equipped. It is conveniently located near the mall and a local market offering a variety of curios and souvenirs.

Comfortable 2 bed, 2.5 bath in Riverside Nairobi. Spent the weekend and easy to move around with an Uber in and out. Wifi worked, hot showers, big screen TV, and comfortable couch. Will definitely consider streaming again when next in Nairobi. The location was also close to Crafty Chameleon restaurant, Kengele’s sports bar, Roadies nyama choma etc. Host was super responsive as well.
