Come and spend a pleasant time in the countryside in a modern and comfortable 65 m2 house, with its terrace, bar-tobacconist-restaurant and bakery to fully enjoy this beautiful village. Located 5 minutes from Genlis (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.), 25 minutes (car) or 11 minutes (train) from the center of Dijon and the Cité de la Gastronomie, 30 minutes from Dole and the caves of Bèze for adventure enthusiasts, 10 km from the A39 motorway, 16 km from the A31 and 15 minutes from the beach of Arc-sur-Tille.

Historical seigniorial house, where we built our wine cellar and set up an singular life area, working on comfort without forgetting the spirit of the place. The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. In the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms, organized with double beds or twin beds, separated toilets and air conditioned. A bottle of wine of the domaine is offered for your welcoming.

From the studio, direct access from the ground floor to a private patio of 9 m² to have meals, or simply relax, read and unwind. Food shops and restaurants 5 km away Possibility (upon request free of charge) of a travel cot.

In the heart of the city of the Dukes of Burgundy, we invite you to discover the Bacchus suite. This former bakery and its vaulted cellar, which in its time served as a workshop for the craftsman, now welcomes you in a luxurious loft refurbished for a stay in the wine and gastronomic capital of Burgundy. Its central location in the city, close to restaurants, monuments and public transport is dedicated to rest and relaxation.

Enjoy one or more nights in a medieval Burgundian castle! This home is a two-bedroom suite, one of which is in a tower (no kitchen). They are tiled with terracotta and the French ceiling is made of oak. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower (Languedoc marble and Burgundy stone) and a toilet. Breakfast, served in a room of the castle, is included in the price shown. Accommodation for 4 people, or 5 with an extra bed.

In the heart of Dole city center, come and enjoy the unusual experience of troglodyte accommodation. La Grotte d'Enfer is a 3-star, warm, fully-equipped apartment, about 60 m2. Very cocooning, once inside you will forget that you are in town. At the foot of the collegiate church, you will be in the front row for the market, but also very close to the Euro Vélo 6, the Doubs, the Canal de l'Est and the SNCF train station.

This is a 2-room independent apartment in my family home, quiet and yet in the heart of the city, a 5-minute walk to the famous Hospices and other cultural curiosities as well as next to a multitude of restaurants and the largest square in the city where you can park your car for free, which will be safe by video surveillance.

The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.
