Was worth the price and was very accommodating

The apartment is in the most tourist place in the city, as described. Very clean, wide, comfortable and well organized for a family - never ending hot water, own entrance, places to store things, kitchen supplies. The only thing I really missed, is a coffeemaker, but we survived. We loved the yard to take rest in the evening. Mehmet is very comprehensive and polite, really helpfull, Thanks a lot!. If we visit Istanbul in future, we will look for this place again, for sure. I recommend!

Great experience! Best location for public transport and nearby attractions. Burak was a very nice host. His proactive approach to hosting definitely stands out. He helped in understanding and sorting out a lot of things for us a tourist.

We had a very nice stay with everything. The mini breakfast was okay, the location was nice, and when we needed something, it was immediately taken care of. It's a place I'd definitely consider staying again. I liked it very much, it was like the entrance of the neighborhood without entering the neighborhood in terms of location, I would say that if you go, have a toast from Tostçu Abdullah.

Volkan’s place is perfectly located in the heart of Istanbul, just a short walk from major historical landmarks like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed with blue accents that match its name. It’s in a touristic area, so you won’t need to deal with traffic just to reach the highlights of the city. The T1 tram line is also nearby, making it convenient to get around. Despite being in the city center, the place feels peaceful and secure. Volkan is a truly professional and attentive host. He speaks English fluently, which made communication smooth and easy. He provided clear check-in instructions and was always available for help. The stay exceeded expectations in both comfort and hospitality. I would absolutely return here on future trips to Istanbul, especially if staying in the Fatih area again.

We felt safe and even though neighbourhood is a bit run down it feels safe and close to main city of town and lots of excellent restaurants. Good place for families and couples

We recently stayed at Salim Bey Apartment in Istanbul and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and both of the toilets have bidet and water hose The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and several great restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again!

Volkan’s place is a hidden gem, in the perfect location to walk to all of the sights and sounds in Old Town Istanbul. Volkan was there to greet us when we arrived, showed us around, had recommendations for restaurants and checked in on us during our stay. His apartment is cozy, clean and has everything you need, including a washing machine. He arranged a private transfer to the airport for us and when a friend left her cell phone in the apartment, he went way above and beyond in getting it to her before our flight left. Volkan is kind, personable, and so helpful. His place is perfect for a family or group of up to three friends who want to explore Istanbul. Staying at his place definitely made our time in beautiful Istanbul even better. I will recommend Volkan’s place to any friends or family visiting Istanbul!

We had a fantastic stay at Nevzat’s place. It was in a great location close to Galata tower and walking distance to Taksim square with multiple lovely restaurants nearby. The place was fitted with great amenities. Would love to come again!

I stayed here for the second time and once again, I was very satisfied. It is very close to Taksim metro station, the neighborhood is very pleasant, and in the apartment you can find everything you need in a clean and comfortable atmospher. Host is very kind and responds quickly.

First of all, thank you to Ms. Yasemin, she was very caring and kind. She was helpful even before and after our stay. The house we stayed in was very nice, everything was tidy and nice. For guests, almost everything was considered.

Beautiful apartment right across the main areas of Taksim & Istiklal street, you can access the other side easily via the underground pass right at the entrance of the apartment. Amenities in the house is great and adequate, and great for small group or family. they also provided entertainment set which includes streaming services if you need those. love the fact that they had washer AND dryer as well! made it easy for us to handle our laundry. the hosts and their manager are also very responsive during our stay, even tho we texted them close to midnight to help with some of the house details. overall great value for money, wish i had found this apartment sooner, we only found it towards the end of our trip in Istanbul.

Wonderful Stay at AB Residence – Exceptional Host! I had an amazing experience at AB Residence! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect safe, quiet, and close to everything. Tolga is an outstanding host. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. You can tell he truly cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The studio is in a good location with lots to do nearby. Also appreciated having transportation from and to the airport organised by our host. There are two negatives- 1. The mattress was uncomfortable- resolved by the host providing us with a duvet and extra blankets to go underneath the bottom sheet. 2. The first night our host took us to a restaurant about 15minutes away, where we got ripped off ( don’t fall for that trap) valley Hill restaurant was close by to the studio and half the price, than the one we were taken to.!

Enes's place was great.❤❤❤ The place is in a great location, within walking distance to all historical and touristic places. There are many restaurants, markets and shopping centers nearby. Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are a 5-minute walk away. The house was very good. The balcony was extra beautiful. The air conditioning was very good. The bed was very comfortable Enes was doing his best. He's always there. He wanted to make sure he had a good stay.❤ In addition, Enes helps with transfers, good and cheap restaurants, and cheap markets. This will definitely not be the last. Thank you very much for everything. Book your place without hesitation. 🙂🥰🥰

Awesome stay here! Yes, Taksim is noisy but I knew this when booking. It’s in a great location and perfect for the solo traveller or a couple. Would love to stay here again!

If you come to Istanbul and need a place to rest, prepare a quick breakfast or dinner and take a good shower, this is the ideal place. A quiet and safe place, close to the whole Taksim area, a 10-minute walk from the ferry and subway exit. Complete kitchen, bathroom with a good shower, clean sheets and towels. We had a small problem and Belhül came immediately to help solve it and even gave us a gift. Great host and great person. Thank you Belhül. Don't hesitate to stay here. Small place but big heart.
