Holiday rentals with a sauna in Ataşehir

The central location allowed us to make perfect use of our stay in Istanbul. Adam our host was very understanding, eager and kind, we felt very welcome. Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful apartment! It was spotless and beautifully maintained, making our family feel right at home. The kids had a blast at the pool, while I took full advantage of the gym and sauna. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a small grocery store just a short walk away. I genuinely regret spending a few days in a hotel during our trip – this place was so much better! Next time, we’ll definitely book our entire stay here. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to assist within minutes. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Istanbul

I came across Ali’s place after being disappointed by another Airbnb in Kadikoy. Alis place was nice and in a 3 block high rise complex (it’s the only high rise in the area) It was on 19th floor (from 40) and with a great view of Atasehir. Building security was amazing and helpful all the time. Location is great, if you have rented a car you can park in the street. If you use uber or taxi its okay too. Not too far from Shopping centre's and public transport like metro.

Everything was good, the place is close to Taksim square and to the stopover for public transport. There were all the necessary appliances in the kitchen. The only thing I didn't like is that the furniture was drained and had stains. A refreshing of the apartment would be nice. Otherwise everything else was perfect. Hosta communication was extremely easy.

Great Stay Experience! We stayed in this house for 4 people on the day of Arife and we are really satisfied. The house was quite clean and tidy. It is in a very good location, we were able to easily reach everything we needed around it. Having parking was a great advantage, and we felt comfortable in terms of safety. It was definitely a satisfying stay in terms of price-performance. Thanks to the host for their attention and hospitality. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Apartment as shown in the photos. Great for groups of 6. Three bedrooms and two new bathrooms; a living room and large kitchen. The upstairs terrace is great for relaxing in the sun. There were a few shortcomings in the house that were promptly addressed by the timely intervention of the host. In general, the location is good, although the climb that leads from the apartment to Piazza taksim for those with serious mobility difficulties can be uncomfortable, so just pay attention to this. Elevators, water and electricity always working perfectly. The apartment is on the border between the new area of taksim and a slightly more popular area but this does not create any problem as the area is, in general, super safe both day and night. Some noise from the street (istanbul, in general is chaotic) but the top floor and soundproofing of the windows mitigated this aspect. Ask the host for tips on where to go, transportation, etc..., it will always help you 360°.

Beautiful central location where you will stay with peace of mind, very clean, calm and safe place to stay, it is definitely preferred every time I come to Istanbul

Everything was like expectations, Recommended.

Nice flat, good location. The pillows were too thick for me, which impacted on my sleep. Other than this, it was fine.

The housing is tidy and family , its place is clear, safe, and check in and out was quick and easy . The kitchen has basic tools as well as a washing machine. There are lifts, fast and large .. There is a Split air conditioner in the hall and one of the rooms . There is also a small bakery and cuisine restaurant inside the building (I didn't try it, but it smelled great ) There is another restaurant for sandwiches in the same building that can be reached by getting out of the building, but it is adjacent we tried and it is delicious . There is also a few meters away from the gas station . The host is very cooperative and responsive. The communication was done for the purpose of fixing the lighting and an employee was sent quickly and the problem was solved. I highly recommend housing and will surely come back later..

Tevfik and Melike are excellent hosts and extremely accommodating. Their place genuinely felt like home, with a super comfortable bed and a very positive vibe. Benesta's location is perfect—just a short 10-minute drive to all popular spots in town, yet peaceful, which is hard to find in Istanbul. Based on our excellent experience, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The home was impeccable, 12-15 from istiklal. On the 6th floor with a nice view, spotless. The complex is very organized with a pool , gym and 2 food shops and the host impeccable, everything we needed was always there and helped us!!

The host was always available very friendly and taken care of directly if you needed help. Super host, I am always happy to come back..There was everything you needed in everyday life. Many thanks for the time and help.

Enjoyed staying at Eyo’s place. Very clean beddings and towels. It is very close to a lot of things that you would like to walk to. The Tophane tram stations is within minutes of walking distance. Also, very helpful staff members.

We were very satisfied with the service in the house. Except for the cleanliness, everything else was fine. The balcony was not usable without slippers. Very dirty unfortunately. Unfortunately, wearing white socks was not possible in the apartment. Otherwise, the stay there was very good. We would book it again only with the requirement that the apartment is also thoroughly clean when looking on site. Thanks

We enjoyed every minute of of our stay in the house . It was so comfortable especially for a large group of people . There was a room in the first floor which was very useful for older people a bathroom and shower in the first floor . The rooms upstairs were all so spacious, very beautiful . House was a combination of modern and old which gives a nice vibe ! Denis himself was very responsive! Any time we needed to ask something he was just replying in a second . We all enjoyed our stayed ! The turkish and suna were both made our trip! I recommend this place to anyone who likes to visit the old istanbul with lots of touristic area right next to you !
