Excellent location, safe place to stay !

I highly recommend this beautiful two story house in Guayaquil. It’s in a safe neighborhood with a gated entrance which was important for the Americans in our family. The house is very pretty on the outside and spacious and clean on the inside. We were a group of eleven people so it was nice having five full bathrooms and a half bath to share alongside the four large bedrooms. The house had plenty of toiletries and towels available for us to use. There was also ample parking for our large sprinter van. Most importantly, the host was highly attentive and always available to respond to questions and concerns. We selected this Airbnb after the displeasing experience we had at the Hilton Colón hotel nearby. This Airbnb is much cleaner, more convenient, and has better water pressure in the shower than the hotel. This was the true luxury experience our American relatives were looking for. Thank you again to the host for this wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back soon.

The location is perfect for moving between service sites (restaurants, supermarkets) that's the place! It's always about two or three blocks from everything, including transportation. The place is very efficient. That's why I like to go when they have availability!!! 👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you

Xavier’s place is a very good spot to stay! It’s located in a safe and convenient area, with a mall literally right across the street. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the pool and the surrounding neighborhood. Xavier was also very attentive and quick to respond whenever I had questions. The only thing I’d improve would be the toiletries in the bathroom, but overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

The photos matched perfectly with how the place looked. The views are incredible, both of the Guayas River and the city (they're building a skyscraper right in front, but I think it'll take a couple of months before it blocks the view of the river). The area is relatively safe, but it's still Ecuador, so you have to keep in mind that practically nowhere is completely safe. The building is definitely safe, the guards take care of that. The host was very helpful at all times. We exchanged phone numbers right away, so I could contact her whenever I needed something, and vice versa. They were very helpful in all aspects. Since our stay was a couple of months, I even asked her for furniture for the terrace and she got it. I also loved how spacious the place is and, above all, that they accept pets. The guards were also kind and attentive to us. Visits are limited for security reasons. I will definitely be back

A very pleasant place, very safe, with many shops where you can go to eat and where you can enjoy, the Malecon 2000, the Peña neighborhood. Everything was perfect. Also the place is very strategic and has a pool and gym! Everything was great
