I love this building and atmosphere. People are great it is safe and so much to do. Jackie was a sweetheart such a lovely person who always answered my questions immediately. One thing for the next visitor who stays in Billini, they are very strict with recreational areas. A max of 3 people per apt.

For my first time in Ecuador the place was the best most comfortable place I could of asked for I felt like I was home not only that it was very secure and had a lot of restaurants and stuff 2 do walking distance great host

The apartment is very pleasant and most convenient : it has got all you need and enjoys beautiful views over the Guayas river. It is located in puerto Santa Ana, a safe area of Guayaquil with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Marcus is very easy to communicate with and very proactive to help.

Good stay

Anabel is an amazing host. Check in was easy and had clear instructions. The place was immaculately-clean and the place was well equipped from iron through hair dryer to functional washer and dryer. Strongly recommend Anabel’s place and she and the place deserves five-stars all the way.
