Family-friendly holiday rentals in Atalaia

We had an amazing stay at Carlos' villa with our group of 13 adults and 3 babies. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 12 full beds and additional sleeping options on the comfortable couches. The large garden was perfect for the kids to play in, and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spacious, clean Jacuzzi. The kitchen was slightly used but very functional, offering plenty of room and every kitchen item we could possibly need to cook for our group. The barbecue area is large, though located a little far from the kitchen by the parking area. The rooftop terrace provided stunning 360° views, and the sunsets were simply beautiful. The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which we loved. While walking to the beach is easy, having a car is ideal for reaching larger supermarkets, which are about a 13-minute drive away. Parking offers plenty of space Overall, this villa was the perfect choice for our large group. Highly recommended!

There are also so many useful items for kids, which makes it super convenient for families. The huge terrace and jacuzzi provide such a lovely space to relax. Rita's place was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We stayed with 8 adults & it was very comfortable for all. This place has everything you could need for your stay including a full kitchen with all equipment, several spacious double bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning in each room, there was a beautiful back garden area with a swimming pool, sun loungers and a long table for meals outside. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor space. There was also a fantastic barbeque outside which we made use of and made lovely group dinners. The games room downstairs was an amazing touch and we had such fun using it. The location here was brilliant, it was about a 7 minute walk to the supermarket and lots of restaurants and the beach. Everything you need closeby! We would highly recommend booking this place in Ericeira if you are planning a trip there. Communication with the host was perfect, we will be back! Fantastic location in old Sintra! Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We loved people watching from the balcony doors down to the main square. We walked to Peña, Moorish Castle & Quinta de Regaleira. We were there just before Easter (low season) and found parking on road as advised by host. Used the drop off/pick up space nearby for unloading.

Ana and Jorge's flat is lovely - clean, quiet and comfortable, in a great area of the city away from the busy areas but with everything easily accessible. We found Ana and Jorge to be very kind and generous hosts. We felt very much looked after. Lisbon is a beautiful and interesting city and this is the perfect flat for a lovely holiday. Walk five minutes to the viewpoint at the top of Parque Eduardo for the most stunning view!

What an amazing stay! From the location, which embraces nature and brings incredible calm, to the house itself, equipped with all the necessary utensils for a perfect stay. I also have to thank Adriana and her father for the ease of communication and all the attention given! It will certainly be a place to visit again!

We absolutely loved this place. We were a family of 4, children aged 10 and 5, and made this place our home for 10 nights. The place was spacious, clean, had everything we wanted like washing machine and drier. Beds were comfortable. Lounge was spacious, and loads of room for the kids to play, and not annoy the adults! Location was excellent. Not to far from the centre of Lisbon especially if you use Uber and Bolt. The hosts were excellent, always quick to respond and deal with any enquiries. We would come and stay here again, and I would 100% recommend this place to our family and friends. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place, and we hope we can stay here again in the future. A beautiful beach house directly on the sea, which is very lovingly furnished with many details. A small beach paradise equipped with everything e.g. surfboards, sandal stuff, coffee, shampoo, spices ...The surf lessons, sunsets right in front of the terrace, beach bars, countless shells, falling asleep overlooking the sea and the sound of the sea... Thank you for this unforgettable time, for the friendly communication and the special souvenir☀️

This was an awesome place to stay! Very clean and in the perfect location. We were able to check in early as well!

Candida was lovely and at check in, gave up local knowledge and tour of house, which was clean and very functional. They had a hair dryer, nice when traveling to not need your own or worry with voltage and a small space heater which was nice for our unusually cold days. There's two bedrooms, one with a comfortable bed (not too firm or too soft) and one that was a bit thinner and softer, so you have options! There was an induction stove top and microwave with a convection feature, good for warming things though probably not good for baking. The only con was unfortunately the towels and sheets are washed in a strongly scented detergent-common for Portugal but still bothersome. The location has great parking very close and free and is in a lovely neighborhood.

A place that will miss you, a house where all the details have been thought through in detail, with affection and love. This house has all the amenities a guest might want but its success goes far beyond that. João and everyone involved is to be congratulated for what they have built!

Stayed for a week and was like having a second home. Everything but i mean everything is provided!

Juan is the BEST! Super responsive and always available- he had the best recommendations. There was a blackout in Portugal that caused us to have to stay a few extra days and Juan helped us and let us stay another night. Truly a great man and would come back.

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

This Airbnb was exactly what my group was looking for! The house looked just like the photos, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Rudy’s mother, Sylvie, who kindly introduced us to the space. The pool and outdoor seating area were lovely additions, and having a walkable grocery store nearby was super convenient. Rudy and Sylvie were very responsive and made us feel truly welcome. We would absolutely stay here again—thanks for a wonderful experience!

Everything was perfect. We were staying five nights with our three year old son and we felt at home, he also enjoyed a lot of the company of the animals: dogs, cats, horses and chickens. Åse and Lars were very kind and were attentive to our needs at all times. The accommodation is very well located, surrounded by nature, but close enough to some beaches and places of interest such as Alcobaça, Óbidos, Caldas da Rainha... An unforgettable experience that we would like to repeat.

Pereira is an amazing host. Upon arrival we were received by the caretaker. He was very polite and gave us a tour of the house and its amenities. The house is gorgeous and perfect for rest and relaxation for my family. The water pressure is amazing. The rooms were spotless. My 8 year old loved the open concept. The oranges taste great off the orange trees in the backyard. I highly recommend Pereira's house for a quiet relaxing time with friends and family.

Nice house for two families.

The place was very quiet, with a nice garden area. We didn’t even feel that the owner’s family was living upstairs, since we didn’t hear any noise at all. We had all the amenities needed, and slept very well in comfy beds. The fact that we were allowed to use the parking inside the house was very handy. The communication with Angelina was very easy and she responded promptly to our questions. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice quiet neighborhood, with easy access to Lisbon and Cascais/Sintra areas.

We have stayed in Vladimir’s apartment two years in a row. In our view, the apartment is excellent and Vladimir js a fantastic host.

We had a great time at casa lua at Quinta da Bella vista!! It is very close or walkable to the great attractions like Quinta da regaleira. You may still want to take a tuktuk to the big attractions like Peña palace and regaleira as parking is hard to find there however parking at this airbnb is perfect and included. We stayed in February so the pool was there but chilly. My kids had a blast on the trampoline which we had not expected, so a lovely surprise! The property and property manager Dinesh was very flexible with our late arrival and very helpful during our stay. We would absolutely come back in future!!!
