We had a wonderful stay at Akef’s flat in Wadi Musa! He welcomed us with open arms (and chocolates!) and was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. He even drove us to Petra early one morning so we could get in as soon as it opened – such a thoughtful gesture. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which we really appreciated. The apartment is in a quiet area and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: fast Wi-Fi, two desks (perfect for remote work), TV, coffee maker, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a washing machine. It was very clean, and we had plenty of towels, pillows, and duvets. There’s a small grocery and vegetable shop just 50 meters from the flat. It’s an ideal place to stay, especially if you're traveling by car. Highly recommend – thank you again, Akef, for making our stay so special!

We are a family of 5 & this was our first time opting to stay with a local family instead of a hotel but we’re so glad we did! We stayed 3 nights.Mohammed & his beautiful family were so welcoming and treated us with great hospitality and warmth.We paid extra to have breakfast & dinner made by his wife & we thoroughly enjoyed it.This is the only way we would get to try home made jordanian food! We were comfortable in the home & Mohammed always respected our space and left us to enjoy the home.We also booked a cave dinner experience with him in his own cave up in the hills of Petra & we had an amazing time! We had the best night under the shining moon with a wood burning fire & a dinner made by him in a fire pit. Plenty of blankets for us to cuddle up in and Mohammed kept the tea flowing! I will recommend this sort of stay to anyone wanting to visit Petra to gain an authentic experience, meet the locals and enjoin with them in their culture. Thank you Mohammed for a wholesome stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Ali’s home. It was so much bigger than we expected with plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. It was super clean and comfortable but the best part was the incredible hospitality we received from Ali and his family. We arrived to freshly made tea and a warm welcome, Ali went out and got dinner for us for a fair price that night so we could settle in after a long day of driving. Every other night we were there we took advantage of a home cooked meal prepared by the family and everything was DELICIOUS. We really enjoy being in a local neighborhood when we travel to get a true feel for a place and this is was exactly that. All the neighbors were friendly, calling hello to us. Parking was easy. Very safe and quiet family neighborhood with easy access to both the Petra visitor center and Little Petra. Fantastic airbnb with the best hosts!

Together, clean rental, enthusiastic family.But it is suitable for people like us by car, as it is indeed a bit of a walk from the scenic spot.Love this big family and hope people can go to their home to feel the life of Bedouin.
