Villa holiday rentals in Astypalea

We absolutely loved this super cute, serene property. It was just as described and yet exceeded our expectations. This place was so wonderful we ended up extending our stay knowing that nowhere else would compare. The main house plus guests house provided more than enough space for us - we were two couples and loved being able to spread out and have our own private spaces. Perfectly located being walkable to some great climbing and a short drive to everything else. The hosts were communicative, kind and quick to respond to even the smallest requests. They made us feel right a home and recommended what ended up being our favorite meals on the trip. We felt truly spoiled and highly recommend!

I could not ask for any more from a host, Thodoris was so passionate about his job, adaptable, friendly and caring. Kalymnos, for me, is an utterly beautiful island. To stay in this property felt like luxury to go with it. As soon as the door is closed you feel like you’re in your own little world. It couldn’t be cleaner and fresher. The view from the 2 balconies was stunning and I cannot wait to go back. Thodoris will go out of his way to ensure a relaxing stay with anything and everything you need. The photos look like this place! It is exceptional, with a quiet location between Masouri and Emporios in a lovely bay. If you climb...crags are literally minutes walking out the door and up the hill, with dozens of routes. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, even finding crutches when I injured my knee. I could not recommend more highly! We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay here! Gorgeous villa in a great location with an amazing garden, pool and amenities. The host was very attentive and quick to communicate.

We stayed with 9 People in Niki’s House, the space was great but the placement of the beds in the living room is not ideal but manageable. :) Niki was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in the house and the Pool.

Just back to a wet UK after an extrememly relaxing stay Majestic is one of the best villas I've ever stayed in - everything was of a very high quality - comfortable beds, a great rainfall shower and kitchen with all the amenities you could want. The villa is very new but felt very homely The location was perfect, being only an easy 10-15 stroll to the restaurants, bars, supermarkets and beach yet it was completely private and peaceful. Lovely views from pool living areas and main bedroom of the bay. The team at Filoxenia , especially Vasilia, were always on hand and responded very quickly and professionally.

This place feels like heaven on earth. Everything about it is amazing. The owners and the staff were so helpful, friendly and just lovely people. The place is immaculate, the views stunning and it just feels out of this world. We are already planning our next stay.

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. The house was exceptionally clean, and it was cleaned daily with sheets and towels frequently changed. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the view was beautiful. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed for an extended period and left very satisfied. Highly recommended!

Our stay was great at Villa Thea! The check-in via key box was super uncomplicated and the owner, Kylian, was easy to reach the whole time if we had any questions. The restaurant tips, for example, were great, thanks again! And the villa is simply a dream, with a fantastic view and well located for exploring the whole island. We were very satisfied! Calme avec une superbe vue. Piscine non chauffée bien aménagée ( transats, parasol, serviettes fournies) Au village de Kefalos à proximité ( 5 mn en voiture) on peut encore rencontrer des locaux, commerçants très accueillants.

Il nostro soggiorno è andato veramente bene! Eravamo un gruppo di 7 persone e l'appartamento era spazioso e dotato di praticamente ogni accessorio necessario. Le stanze e i bagni erano puliti e abbiamo apprezzato molto anche gli spazi esterni. Anastasios poi è un host estremamente disponibile e pronto ad aiutare in caso di dubbi e suggerimenti. Grazie ancora per tutto e speriamo a presto!

Beautiful villa with astonishing view. Everything brand new and kitchen fully equipped. Breakfast and aperitive on the terrace are a unique experience. The village/area is very quiet if you are looking to relax. Nice beaches on the Island and good authentic tavernas. Suggest to rent a car and if weather conditions are good also a boat to visit the Island. Top property owner.

Absolutely amazing stay! Perfect for our climbing holiday. Exceeded our expectations as the photos online didn’t do it justice. Highly recommend and the communication was excellent with the host.

Petra Boutique Homes is wonderful! We stayed in Thalassa, the 4 sleeper with a pool and it was perfect for our 10 days on Kalymnos. The property is wonderfully peaceful in Arginonta, less than a 10min scoot from the busier Masouri, and really close to some great climbing sectors like Ghost Kitchen. The property looks across a ninlet to some crags, and you enjoy beautiful sunsets from the veranda. There are two tavernas within walking distance, Teo Taverna and Katerinas and our absolute favourite restaurant Marias in Skalia only a 5min scoot away. Nicky was incredibly helpful before we arrived, giving recommendations for scooter hire and climbing guides, and covid testing options on the island. Ana and Maria the housekeepers kept the house immaculate daily and even did some well needed laundry for us. We would certainly return to Petra Homes.
