The main services offered by the town, food, restaurants, Italian Post Office and pharmacy, are within walking distance.

The recently renovated house offers 6 beds: two bedrooms with private bathroom and a sofa bed with support bathroom. The equipped kitchen and private terrace are ideal for family moments. We live next door and are always available to ensure a comfortable, peaceful stay.

Casa Clementina is located in Scurzolengo, in an ideal position for visiting Monferrato and the Langhe, and within an hour’s drive of Turin, Milan and Genoa. Located on the town's main street, it features a garden, patio, terrace, hot tub, mosquito control system and a swimming pool overlooking the surrounding hills, which is shared with our other two properties, Casa Verrua and Belavista. The free parking space and the EV charging station are completed for a fee.

Charming Holiday Home with private spa located in Laghe and Roero, an oasis of real relaxation where you will therefore be the only guests. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
