The house is located on an island without a land connection, a boat for crossing is included in the rental price (metal boat with easy-to-handle electric motor and oars). Boat dock and parking space are located at Aspvik's jetty, about 300 meters by water from the house.

The house with all amenities is located on a large and undisturbed horse farm with your own jetty close to Stockholm. The house is suitable for 4-5 people. 1-2 people can then sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (there is a door that can be closed). The sleeping area is on the upper floor where a wall separates the double bed from a single bed, so it's like two bedrooms. The double bed can be separated into single beds. Freshly made beds and towels. There are 2 toilets with a shower, sauna and washing machine. TV room sofa and Apple TV.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants.
