Amazing house friendly hospitality

Super quiet, except when the pool cleaner runs for hours during the day. It's too noisy if you're looking for peace and quiet. In the bathroom you should find another solution, as the water of the open shower is distributed almost throughout the bathroom and also runs out under the shower wall. They're just flaws. Otherwise insanely relaxing, top hosts and everything you need. Thank you for the lovely relaxing stay

Tilemachos' place was just what we were looking for. We came during offseason so we could have some peace and this place is just perfect for it. it was spot clean, super quiet, very cosy and we could just relax on the pool or on the couch. The only important thing you have to have for this place is a car, cause otherwise you cannot reach it and grocery shopping is impossible.

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

Thanks to the Nikiti Dream house, our vacation was even more enjoyable. Great house, much nicer than the photos. Very clean and well kept. We were very comfortable thanks to the location of the house and the pool, especially on very hot days. Every detail has been thought out at home. We'd love to come back next year. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Afroditi's beach house in Mikiverna! This house is by far the best we've stayed in during our 6 consecutive years visiting this charming place. The location is perfect, right on the beach and directly in front of the playground, which was ideal for our family. The house itself is impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. Every appliance and amenity we could possibly need was available, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Afroditi is a wonderful host—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or needs we had. Her hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Mikiverna. We'll definitely be back!

We looked for private and secluded place and we got it. The house is perfect for us and we hope to get back. We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately, it wasn't available. The host is very responsive and answering shortly. All recommendations. Since the property is located by the shore, it would be great if the direct access to the sea can be enabled but I guess that it is complicated due to the terrain configuration. Hopefully see you again. :)

Small cute 2x townhouse box. By the time of our vacation (early October), more tourism was over. Beach empty, water 21-23 degrees very nice premier summer! Close to many beautiful beaches and many good places to eat.

very cozy house, the first line of the sea, which is very convenient. There are many shops and entertainment nearby. The sea is clean and the sand is neat and not dirty. The house has everything you need for rest and living. The owner is very nice

Alexander was a great host. The apartments were as described, but to be clear they are separate apartments. They were flexible with our delayed arrival which was greatly appreciated.

We stayed here with two children and felt very comfortable in this house. The place was very clean and spacious and was equipped with everything you need in everyday life. In addition, the surroundings are totally quiet. And the most beautiful beaches are 30 minutes away. I highly recommend the house.

The location of the house is great. It is close to the center of Nikiti. The house is spacious and has everything you will need for your time there.

An excellent accommodation by the sea. Oasis of peace, clean, with all the facilities that give you the comfort you need. Many tastefully decorated spaces (a huge terrace) where you can spend time with friends, ideal for families with children. The hosts are extraordinary people who warmly welcomed us and made us feel at home.

We had a great New Year's stay at Anthony's place. The house is wonderful. It is located in a quiet area but in the same time very close to the beach and within walking distance to the restaurants, bars and shopping area. It has spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen. There is a toilet to each of the bedrooms as well as a terrace. The fireplace made our winter stay very cosy. The fenced yard is perfect for children and/or pets. Anthony is a great host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend his house if you want a quiet, relaxing vacation next to the beach.

We had a great time at Georgia's, she's a great host and highly recommend. Everything was as described and she even got us a crib and high chair. Thanks again 😊

Place of peace. It was perfect for a much needed decompression! They have a dog and a cat so animal lovers like us can not ask for a more ideal vibe ! Couple of rainy days coud not even disturb the enjoyment :) Thank you Argiris and Anastasia , we'll see each other again soon :)

Babis is an absolute stellar host, with a stellar apartment. Everything was so clean and well decorated, and there was even a welcome basket and some drinks waiting for us upon our arrival. The little garden with the outside shower and BBQ are wonderful cherries on top. It is close to the beach and all amenities, and yet it is super quiet and relaxing, because the apartment is located in a cute little side street without any cars passing by. The kitchen had everything we needed, and outside there was even an umbrella for the beach, so practical to have. And Babis himself was simply amazing. He helped my sister with her separate return to the city, figuring out bus times and pick-up location, etc. We are so happy we picked his place and would recommend it to anybody looking for a wonderful relaxing vacation in Greece.

Very glad i got to stay in this place. It was exactly what i needed - a quiet place away from everything, but just a minute away from the centre of Olympiada by car, where the shops, cafeterias, taverns and the lovely, sandy beach were. The house itself was impressive, very nicely decorated, without clutter, clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool was well maintained, very clean and along with the lounge area, it made for a lovely place to just relax and enjoy the sun. The host was very discreet, polite, and very quick to respond. The check in and out was very easy too. Overall, it was such a lovely experience, i will be coming back for sure.
