House holiday rentals in Asprovalta

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great beaches nearby, helpful recommendations and links shared the night of our check-in. Would stay again, would recommend to friends and family.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Villa had everything required for a great holiday. Ben was friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything during our stay. Patio and pool area were great with amazing views to the sea. Kitchen had everything we required during our stay and the villa was very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to the vibrant village center, full of charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time here, and we truly felt at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended.

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. We had great time at Thenia's place. It was spacious (we were 6 adults and 2 kids), located very close to the beach and overall close to Kavala and the nearby beaches. Thenia is a great host - very responsive and easy to communicate. We had everything necessary for a great stay. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Beautiful apartment very close to the sea. The check-in was personal and very warm. The communication was very quick and helpful. It's great that the apartment has good baby/children's equipment, great sand toys, a good washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and a kayak. The bedrooms have windows to the hallway or to the living area. When cars park in front of the fence, you see the sea less. The beach consists of fine sand, followed by small stones. Bathing shoes are useful. Depending on the day and time, there are sometimes more, sometimes less waves, seaweed or algae. We felt comfortable in the apartment with our two small children.

We were very warmly received, the apartment was very nice and looked like the pictures. The amenities were great, from washing machine, iron and hair dryer to over-the-counter painkillers and mosquito repellent, we were well equipped. Even cotton pads and flip flops were available. There was a welcome greeting (wine) and two cold drinks in the fridge. If we had any questions, they were answered quickly. The location was quiet, the view from the balcony beautiful. Opposite there was an uninhabited stretch of beach, where you could be alone. A few kilometres away, there was a kind of beach bar, with loungers and parasols to rent for little money. Coffee, drinks and small snacks were also available. Asprovalta is about 10/15 minutes away. Here you can enjoy beautiful lukewarm summer evenings with good gastronomy. All in all we had a very nice stay.

Excellent host: VERY responsive, very open and friendly, helped us to check-in at 4:00 am (insane time...) and also allowed us a later check-out, taking a shower before heading to the airport. The place is large and clean, very quiet but close to the center, restaurants and coffee shops. Ideal for travelers like us. Thank you, Eleni.

great location to stay near the festival. Reasonable price and host who helped us promptly when the toilet of one of the bathrooms got clogged. Furnished and complete kitchen for any eventuality.

The stone house is special, the village in which it is located has a special charm. I recommend this accommodation to those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the seaside.

We had a wonderful stay at Stavroula's house in early May, outside the busy tourist season. The location is peaceful and within walking distance of Asprovalta beach – about 15 minutes on foot or just 4 minutes by car. The house is lovely and cozy, equipped with everything you might need for both a short or longer stay. It really feels like a home away from home. It's also a great spot for remote work – quiet surroundings, reliable internet, and a comfortable setup. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing anything we needed. There are local shops in the village where you can buy groceries and cook at home, and there are also restaurants nearby. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return to the same house.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Paleokastro! It’s such a peaceful and authentic place — waking up to birdsong and hearing nightingales at night was pure magic. Debby, the owner, is very very kind and even brought us some delicious local treats. Her daughter Asthasia welcomed us warmly, gave us a lovely tour, and shared great tips for local beaches, supermarkets, and tavernas. They really made us feel at home. The house is simple but very tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and we especially enjoyed the private barbecue area — perfect for relaxed evenings outside. The only very small thing we noticed was that it would be nice if the showerhead could hang, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. We left feeling completely relaxed and full of good memories. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Great location. Stores nearby, great resturants reachable by car or long walk. Paolo's place is suitable for 2 adults with 2 kids with no big expectations for lux. More like vilage experience.

Yannis's villa is absolutely gorgeous, it consists of 2 flats on 2 floors, both with outdoor terrace, in a very peaceful area of Aprovalta. A lot of space, 2 toilets & showers and 2 kitchenettes, which works great for a big group of people, very clean and with everything we needed. Yannis is a great host, very responsive and helpful, and he even left us ice creams in the freezer, so sweet! We recommend this accomodation without any doubt, we truly had a wonderful time.
