Villa Elpida is situated in a quiet, gated complex of 9 villas with two shared swimming pools. It is just 2 km from the sandy beach of Almyrida. The house is is fully furnished and equipped with all the appliances necessary for a comfortable stay. The villa can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, the living room has a sofa bed that offers an extra sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking

The Stone House in Aspro (South Side)

The Southern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a spacious innter yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

Asteri cottage is an open plan, bijou and beautifully designed one bedroom cottage. Perfect for couples and honeymooners. The boutique style interior opens up to large terraces for dining and relaxation. The ensuite shower room leads out from the calming bedroom to the private plunge pool, which is 2m by 4m in size. The pool can be heated with prior request. The cottage nestles between mature olive trees in an acre of beautiful Cretan countryside and is secluded from the main house.
