My husband and I stayed with the family for about a week. The communication was perfect from the beginning. Quick responses, anything is possible and they help with any questions you have. Communicating by call and app is possible. The family is incredibly welcoming. As welcoming as a Georgian. In addition to getting a traditional "Paska", we also got potatoes (from home country), homemade wine, pastries and "Pelamushi". Everything is very tasty. He has offered to drive us somewhere several times. Very friendly family. The location is nice. It is on one of the largest streets in the city, where bakeries, shops, pharmacies, etc. can be found. The AirBnB is accessible via that street with a fence and stairs down, but if you want to walk flatter, you can also walk around. The AirBnB itself has all the comforts. You can prepare meals there, there is plenty of space for that. We would like to thank the family again.

I've stayed here for the whole season. What can I say.. this apt worth the price in full! Ana was super helpful and responsive, my inquires were solved very fast. Reception host (it is an apart-hotel) was also very friendly and helpfull, she speaks English well enough. It may seem that location is remote, but it is wrong: it's only 15 mins on foot to the city center. Big Nikora supermarket is just 2 minutes away and you can buy everything you need there. Buses to the slopes started to run 2 weeks after the start of the season, the bus stop is right near Nikora. They pads by every 30 mins, you can get both to Didveli and Kohta fast. Apartment was equipped with everything I've ever needed. If something was wrong, i could always contact reception and they will solve it fast. Surroundings are quiet and peaceful, though you need to note, that this is the Family apart hotel and there are a lot of families with kids during the winter holidays. Overall the price/qual is best in Bakuriani

Great guest house, everything matches the description and photos, clean rooms. Very friendly hosts, recommended a wonderful place for dinner. I really enjoyed my stay.
