The apartment had everything and you could feel the love and attention that has been given to putting everything that is available to guests: cooking utensils, cloths, coffee, jams, etc. I would definitely repeat my stay. Arancha is a great host. Extremely helpful with directions and suggestions for great restaurants. The apartment is well located just outside the city. Highly recommend if you are traveling through north Spain and need to stay a night or more.

The host is very friendly and helpful!There are many shops near the house, and it is close to the beach!The house is on the 5th floor with an elevator, not only that, we want to praise the host's hospitality, we love the variety of coffee machines, it's very convenient and meets everyone's needs.

All very well, we warned them that we would arrive late at night and they did not give us any problems. The only complaint would be that the dining room is a little tight for 9 people to eat.

Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

Excellent apartment in a very nice place only five minutes drive from Laredo center. The host is very friendly and ready to help at any time. She also speaks English which makes communication a little easier. There is a lot of space for 4 adults to enjoy their staying for enough days. The two bathrooms really help. The place is cosy and super clean. I definitely recommend it!

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything could not be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be more bustling (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S. If you're going with kids (or even if you're not :-D), the beaches on the island are another great plus!

Very nice apartment! Very quiet place. Host responds very quickly, very friendly. We moved to the centre of Bilbao by metro, I think it's the best, punctual, you get to the historic centre in 30 minutes. We left the car parked on the street near the apartment. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen with dishes for cooking and so on. Highly recommended!!
