Holiday rentals with a patio in Ashvem Beach

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was homely, clean, and spacious—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Its location is ideal, with beaches and great restaurants just a short walk away. Manjul is a great host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

The place was well maintained and pretty clean. It wasn’t far from the new airport so even though we arrived to Goa at 10:30 we were able to be in bed by 11:30. There are tons of great places to eat around the house. We went to fat fish which has awesome food and is just a 20 minutes by car. Having a washing machine was a big plus point as we were able to wash our clothes after our kayaking adventure. Over all I’ll give this place a 5 ⭐️ rating and would definitely visit again!

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. I had a great stay at Shahzada's place. Starting off with quiet locality but still being accessible to the Mandrem market. 5 mins away from my favourite beach of north goa - Mandrem beach which offers spectacular sunset views. The space and the room itself are so beautifully made with the just the right amount of elements thoughtfully placed in different areas. The room comes with 2 terrace spaces and whole whole lot of chill areas to yourself. Appreciate that the kitchen is well equipped which really helped in late night cravings, daily housekeeping, squeaky clean washroom and spotless linen. Lastly and most importantly - the host Shahzada is always a great company to chat about anything under the sun. Be it entrepreneurship, music, travel, cultures and so much more. Will be visiting again next month!

Such an amazing and beautiful place. We went there with our dog and such comfortable stay it was. Security staff is also really friendly at this property. This place is really clean, pretty much all the amenities and really big hall and balcony to just relax and chill. A lot of cafés and restaurants are nearby. Some of the good beaches are also 20mins drive away. Worth the stay. Thank you so much for hosting us.

I had a wonderful stay at Sumedha’s Airbnb in Siolim. The home is quaint, tastefully done, and nestled in a peaceful residential society—perfect for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the relaxed Goan vibe. What truly sets this stay apart, though, is Sumedha herself. She was incredibly responsive, warm, and generous with her local recommendations, which made my experience all the more memorable. Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Siolim, Goa! As a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), the place was just perfect for us. The check-in was seamless and hassle-free, which made settling in easy and stress-free. The home is beautifully done with tasteful decor and all the amenities you could need—from a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine to a private pool and plenty of space to lounge and relax. The kids especially loved the pool, and the lush garden around it added to the charm. The location is peaceful yet well-connected to nearby attractions and essentials. The helpers were always prompt, polite, and super helpful. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout. Had an incredible stay! Angira, the host was absolutely amazing—super responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The house itself is just perfect: great vibes, A1 location, and the ventilation is honestly underrated—so breezy and comfortable. Bonus: she owns an awesome bar right next door called Pablos—highly recommend dropping by for a drink or two. It’s the kind of spot you’ll want to keep coming back to. Would 100% stay again!

Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed.
