Kates place was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway! We enjoyed hiking in the area, a friends wedding and just the quiet in the mountains. Would love to stay again!

Our stay at the little blue house on Ohayo Mountain Road was incredibly easy and peaceful. Being at the top of the mountain was lovely whether it was clear skies or downpouring rain. The house was quiet, clean, open, and comfortable. The climate was easy to control, the bed was comfortable, and it was thankfully very dark thanks to blackout curtains on the largest windows and door. (Though if you’re very sensitive to light, you may consider bringing material to block out light that shines through the window screen of the bedroom a/c unit.) The bathroom was clean, shower had great water pressure, and we had all the linens we could need. The gasket for the drain in the bathtub we think needs to be replaced as it did slowly let water out and gurgled until we temporarily sealed it with some plastic wrap from the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it was pretty well stocked with tools, gadgets, and utensils for a rental! The knives were even sharp! And the location can’t be beat!

Very comfortable home. We loved sitting on the porch, listening to the sound of Stoney Clove Creek, or relaxing around the fire pit out back. On one rainy day, we had a fire in the wood stove, which made the living room very cozy. The kitchen had all the things necessary to prepare meals, and I particularly enjoyed the three different methods for brewing coffee that were made available. Wow, what a lamp collection! I highly recommend this property for those who wish to enjoy all the Catskill Preserve has to offer.

We spent much of the winter holiday week at Douglas' Super-Charming and Secluded 1840 Farmhouse in scenic Boiseville in the Catskills. I wish it were possible to rate our stay with more than 5 stars! The house is homey and lovely and, save for some expected old-house window drafts on the coldest days of winter, very cozy. It is clearly loved by its owners. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. Even more than the loveliness of the house was the caring kindness and generosity of Douglas, the owner. Doug was always very responsive to my inquiries and texted me occasionally to be sure we were comfortable in his home. Although this was an airbnb rental, we felt like we were guests welcomed by a friend!

This place was great. Super simple check in/check out. Louis was great with communications. Great location and everything was clean. Would def recommend and/or stay again.

Great location, right in the heart of rondout. Trolley Museum is right there for the kids to check out. Great Restaurants nearby, Half Moon Rondout Cafe is a must go-to for hit donuts and coffee in the morning. Less than 5 min walk to the Rondout Creek with beautiful views of the water and a small park for the kids to runaround. The Strand House was full of history and amazing the renovations that were done to save this building and restore it to is glory. I commend the owners for doing this and doing it in a classy way. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in upstate.

Absolutely loved this beautiful space. Jed was super responsive and accommodating. The home is in a great location— close to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. And the coffee and chocolate was a lovely touch!

Carmen's place is an amazing getaway. Set back and quiet, but close to town. Very clean, and with all the amenities you would need. Very responsive to all questions leading up to the trip. 5 stars all the way!

Such a fantastic stay right in the heart of Kingston! This apartment was exactly as described and incredibly clean. Easy to get to everything in and around Kingston. Tara was a responsive host with clear instructions on how to check in/check out.

The place was nice and roomy. Very accommodating. Sarah was fantastic at responding to getting us a coffee pot of which the place did not have one. That was so much appreciated. I hope her future guess will appreciate that also.

This is such a lovely space. It was immaculately clean. The bed was super comfy. The thing I enjoyed the most were the big tall windows looking out over the trees and neighboring yards in a historic neighborhood. Max was a great communicator when I had a question about the washer and dryer. And because I was taking Amtrak home, he was kind enough to extend my checkout time by a few hours. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Another wonderful stay at Louisa's! Pristine, warm, thoughtful, rustic and modern accommodations. Nestled within a dense thicket of farm land and bird song. Such Peace. As always!. Can't wait for our next visit :)

I highly recommend Suzanne's place for anyone visiting Windham! She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and my stay. As someone who travels constantly for work, my schedule can be quite unpredictable, and Suzanne was unbelievably accommodating and flexible with my changing needs. I truly appreciated her understanding and willingness to work with me. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Windham, and the view of the ski resort from the back deck was an unexpected bonus! I only wish I could have stayed longer. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, not just for winter skiing, but also to explore the beautiful surroundings throughout the year.

Dan’s place is cozy, comfortable and just minutes away from Mt. Beacon in one direction and ten minutes away from Main Street in the other direction. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, though there are so many delicious restaurants nearby- the best of both worlds! The bed was extremely comfortable and the jetted bathtub was a huge bonus. I genuinely relaxed there, which is a rarity for me. Thanks so much, Dan!

Great host, responsive and accommodating! Place was clean and felt right at home away from home! Check in and check out was easy, parking on site, nice neighborhood, cozy place, will definitely be staying here again!
