Can’t say enough about this place and the host! Making sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating to all our needs even with many vehicles and boats! If you are looking for a relaxing, clean, and amazing host, you found it! This one is staying in my list if we ever come back. The views and the lake is well worth it, highly recommend! 10/10!

The home was tidy and spacious! We especially enjoyed the patio in the back yard, although wasps were present during the day, likely due to the spring weather. We communicated about damaged blinds upon arrival, but Kim replied almost immediately, which was much appreciated!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The house itself is incredible – much larger than I expected and with a stunning atmosphere all around. The private property is spacious and offers complete peace and privacy, with no disturbances. Ashley, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive, always getting back to me within 5 minutes for any questions or requests I had. Both the house and the host truly deserve a five-star rating. I will definitely be choosing this property again for my next stay and can't wait to return for another memorable experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

Had a crowd and everyone was happy with the house and its location. Close to Germantown and Collierville. It was perfect for our visit with family. Close and easy access from 385 and I240. Very happy with this property. John was a great host and responded quickly to all inquiries. Great place.

Our stay was great! My family and I enjoyed the place very much. Kimberly was responsive and very understanding. We will definitely book this place again next time we’re in the area.

This place was a dream! The space is exactly as pictured! I’ve never stayed at a rental that was as intentional as this home! Highlights for me: easy check in, wonderful parking and a quiet and safe neighborhood, provided fresh dark towels, plenty of toiletries, recent service of HVAC (I was definitely warm & cozy). The furniture was very comfortable from the couch to the bed. Beth, the host was absolutely amazing! Very personable, responsive and accommodative to any request I may have made. Which was one- just to adjust the furnaces (as this has its original heating system! That runs like NEW). Would highly recommend 10/10! I will certainly return to stay again! My home away from home! Thank you so much for such an invaluable contribution to my amazing weekend retreat! Beat me to renting this place again! Lol

Katie’s place is a rare jewel! I wish I could’ve spent more time in that beautiful big bed! Wish I could’ve cooked in the absolutely perfect kitchen! The interior style matches my soul and each room holds so many stories, you can just feel it. It was more than what we needed for our short stay but it was so worth it, not only affordable, but peaceful, private, & perfect for the “occasion”. Thank you for being such a kind host and sharing this space with us.🦋🫶
